“Master Template Designers”

In 2007 I attend a free 2 Day Seminar, which introduce me to Internet Marketing. As a Realtor in NYC, we were expected to grow our business and generated our own leads. Referral, Street Prospecting, Street Canvasing, handing out Flyers and Cold-Calling, were the methods used by all Agents in the Industry. The presentation was intriguing and informative. Immediately, I was able to appreciate the benefit of Internet Marketing. The ability to reach more qualified targeted customers, who are solely interested in my offers, without the involvement of any of the above-mentioned traditional marketing methods, was a dream come true. Needless to say, I purchased the software immediately. With a simple nature, no knowledge about the computer, no friends nor family with knowledge about the computer. I followed the Company's guideline to research and develop a product which took me 5 months to complete. I have to admit, the project was not done in a NY minute. Designing the website took 2 weeks. The Company had the most amazing Support System. Unlimited telephone and Screen Sharing Session, which allowed us to quickly learn their editor. At the competition of my beautiful well-designed website, I was elated and thrilled. More importantly, I was over the moon, I felt accomplished and very satisfied at the completion of my goal. I was expecting money to be rolling in like a downhill river. Instead, the flow of business and money was equivalent to last summer's uncovered stagnant pool in my back yard. Neither users, nor money came through my website. The realization and understanding of the outcome were surprising and horribly shocking. Diligently, I followed the guidelines in the tutorials, doing keyword research, backlinks and other specifics from the checklist. I believed in the service I had created; I was in love with the desire to bring it to market. I had already spent over $5,000 with the course, I had to get it right. I became a student of Internet Marketing. I learned that having a beautiful website does not ensure internet success. I discovered that SEO, Attraction Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing were factors necessary to reach my target market. I attended numerous webinars with leading Companies, such as A Weber, Sem-Rush, Hootsuite, Blue Host, Word Press Mojo marketing group, Facebook and You Tube. I took study courses with Brian Moran, Brian Fanale, Diane Hochman, Ray Higdon, Amy Porter Ryan Deiss and a few marketers I simply cannot remember at this time. Thankfully, I can say, the money and time spent with each Marketer has been productive, as I acquired a wealth of knowledge from the comfort of my home. For the past 2 years, Lead Pages has been the only marketer I am engaged with, as I'm presently focusing on my landing and Op-tin Page designs. From my experience Lead Pages provide a quality of service which is affordable, with an extensive array of products to assist with the design of templates in numerous industries, which is easy to use and accessibility without coding, which is perfect for beginners. Learning can be challenging, for this reason I like 2 features in lead pages. 1. The beginners training with Laura acquaints us with the functionality of Lead Pages editor. 2. Bob Sparkin's Wednesday evening Coaching. Allows all User the ability to submit a personal Page Site or Landing Page for a review by Bob. The virtual teaching is both beneficial to the page owner, and all users of the product. What better way to learn than to see a master at work? The interaction of all in the group is a testament to the value of Internet Marketing or should I say International marketing. A few weeks ago, Bob revamped pages from colleagues overseas. One was from Sweeden, Africa, Belgium, Australia and I believe England. The International use of services from Lead Pages, further solidifies to us in America, that what we are learning from Lead Pages, has far greater reach than we can imagine. As we share our Facebook pages, we are expanding our learning, forging friendships and opening doors of greater service. Creating a winning experience for Lead Pages and all users.

“Poor customer service”

I had a question about the LeadDigits product offered by LeadPages. I needed to understand if it would be appropriate for my business needs and worth the additional financial investment to upgrade my account. The website offers an opportunity to complete an email request to Support, but there is no clear way to reach a Sales or Customer Service representative. I requested a phone call through the Support email, not once but twice in 3 days. The responses I received indicated that I would have to UPGRADE my account BEFORE I was eligible to speak with LeadPages staff. The autoresponder email says "We strive to provide exceptional support". The first staff response included "While I'd love to be able to give you a call to answer your questions, we simply don't have the manpower available to use to offer phone support to our entire customer base." The second staff response from a different person read "... phone support is limited to our Advanced level subscribers" and referred me to a website page that did not answer my questions - which was why I was trying to talk to someone in the first place. The third staff response told me that the "Support team can only provide support based on your subscription level" but the Customer Service branch CAN make phone calls. I have a call with Customer Service later this week. However, the arrogance and unresponsiveness of the emails I have received is leading me to research other technology options for my business needs. It appears that LeadPages only values some of its customers.
