We run a small home office and have been using LD toners for over 10 years in several laser printers. We have NEVER had a problem with any of their toners. We have a large extended family who has also used both the toner and ink cartridges without any issues. When we recently needed to upgrade our all in one printer, tech support told us to hold off for a few months until they had theirs ready. Surely no issues with these folks!

I called in twice yesterday, leaving my phone # each time as no person ever answered the phone. No one ever called me back. Your LD T232XL120 cartridge worked for about 2 weeks in my EPSON XP-4200 printer, but now the printer tells me it "cannot recognize ink cartridge. Try installing again." I've done that 4 times with no change so far. Just now I've waited 20 minutes for someone in your product sales department to answer, but was just told to leave a message, hang up and "someone will get back to me." Fat Chance of that happening!

Some months ago I ordered a color cartridge and 2 black cartridges for my HP 2575 printer. When I went to replace cartridge, one of the black ones had leaked inside the box, so I am requesting you to send a replacement - your item# NH-R9364W. I will email photo from my phone, as this review has an option for attaching photos, but does not allow me to do that.

I placed an order on Oct 30th 2023 for a few toner cartridges. It is now November 21st, and I still have not received the order. I have tried several times to call in for phone support to get the order straightened out. On their website, they indicate that they will answer the phone in 30 seconds or less. I have selected the option to have someone call me back more than once. If you stay on hold long enough (around 10 minutes) it will direct you to a voicemail. I have left at least 3 messages and I still haven't heard back. The shipping info claims it has been delivered. I have yet to receive said package. I have also attempted to submit a service request through their online portal, but it gives a generic error "Something went wrong"

I do NOT want any compensation for my inconvenience. Instead, I just want what I have ordered. All voicemails I have left are positive. Getting mad isn't going to solve the problem any faster. I just find it rather frustrating when you are trying to get something sorted out and its falling on deaf ears. I will totally order from LD again in the future, as long as this order gets resolved!

Just received a phone call back (finally) to resolve my dilemma. They are reordering the cartridges that I initially ordered. And they should be at my house by mid next week! I will update once again as soon as i receive the shipment!

The products are good, IF they arrive. I have no idea why support wont get back out to me. I will modify my review and add updates once I hear back.

I ordered color HP remanufactured toner cartridges, but there was a shipping problem. I have used their services in the past without a problem

I'm a longtime LD Products customer and I was always happy until now. Although the website clearly states that products ship same or next day, with 1-4 day shipping, the one I ordered shipped SEVEN days later. And it shipped using such a slow method that'll be another week.

Worst of all, multiple attempts to reach customer service don't work. I filled in the online form: no response. I tried three times calling and waiting on hold: goes to voicemail. I tried leaving a call back number: no call back.

This company has gone down hill and should be avoided!

I placed an order for a toner for my Xerox, and after about three weeks, I called them and found out that the product was back-ordered. They never told me that they didn't send me an email informing me of that. They said orders are back-ordered, and it'll be ready in a couple of weeks. A few weeks have passed, and I still haven't received my toner. Well, it's the drum, and now my printer has stopped I, at the time that I placed the order, had plenty of time, but now I have to scramble. I feel that this is a kind of fraudulent Behavior. There's no reason for them to behave this way other than share greed. You have to do better, guys

I have been buying from LD Products for several years and have been very satisfied with their products and customer service. Until yesterday that is! I had a problem with a new toner cartridge and have tried repeatedly the past 2 days to reach them by phone. Never get an answer or a call back. Additionally, tried to fill out their Contact Us form but it is not working. Are these guys in business anymore? What do you want to bet I get a canned response telling me to call CS or fill out the contact form like they have done to everyone else lately. They have my contact info and need to call me. I sent a fax requesting a call back and I have left several call back requests. Hey LD products... are you guys still alive?

I thought it was going to be a good experience, since I received a package in a timely manner. But it turns out that part of the order isn't in there. Ok. That's fine. Mistakes are made. I contact customer service and it turns out that (unbeknownst to me) it was split into two packages. Ok. No big deal. She provides the tracking number and it turns out the missing item hasn't even been processed. It's been SEVEN DAYS. So I ask (nicely) to cancel the order. Says it's too late. So I ask for a refund, since I needed this product in a reasonable time. Says I'll have to return the order once I get it. What a hassle. It was a $20 item. This is what I get for trying to buy the product from a non-big name stores (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). I don't care about the $20, btw. I care about the hassle and the rejection of cancelling or refunding the order so compensate for being inconvenienced. Clean up your customer service approach, LD.

There is no indication of any second shipment anywhere, so I contact customer service, just to find out that they split the order and haven't even shipped it out yet a full week later.

I ordered a set of ink tanks (12) for my printer. 2 days later they sent an email saying they were out of stock so my order would be cancelled. Any OTHER ITEMS on my order would still be shipped. I only ordered 1 item - a SET of ink tanks.

So I ordered a set from another company and didn't think anymore about it. Then about a week later a box was dropped on my porch with 10 of the 12 ink tanks. Shortly AFTER the delivery I got an email saying my order had been shipped and was on the way. This is the most disturbing part - who sends the shipping information with tracking AFTER delivery?

I called them the next day to find out how to return them. They said they would have to look into it and get back to me. 1 week later after numerous calls they said I could return them at MY EXPENSE ($70).

If you buy a set of anything from someone and they don't have some parts of the set, do you expect them to send the parts they do have and leave you to figure out how to fill out the set (dishes, a suit, paint set, etc...)?

I am not sure what is going on with this company, but it does not appear to be completely above board.

UPDATE 8/31/2020: As Patrick from LD Products said in his response, the company did indeed refund my shipping cost after I filed a complaint with the BBB and California Attorney General. So I am changing from 1 star to 2 stars. I don't understand why they could not do the right thing at the start, but ultimately I am back where I started. Except for a few more grey hairs.

I've placed 3 orders with this company for Epson inks in recycled cartridges. I experienced no problems with the first ones, but the second and third were a mess. Some of the cartridges put out streaks and failed to print, even after head-cleaning operations were performed (multiple times, each costing a lot of wasted ink). It's my observation that they don't pack their refilled cartridges in vacuum packed, air-tight plastic envelopes such as the original Epson inks are packed, hence they dry out during storage. LD obviously doesn't have sufficient quality control to know that, and perhaps doesn't care. After several phone calls with their technical assistants I was invited to send back my unused cartridges for a refund. I did that... I returned 14 cartridges, for which I was refunded a whopping $62. Needless to say, that was less than 30% of what I paid for them! My overall rating of this company is that it exhibits very poor quality control, then does not live up to its promise of 100% satisfaction. I will not go back to them for anything.

False advertisements on $25 gift card promotions to recommend a friend. LD products generic inks use to work really well and save you money. Now some of their packaging has changed and cutting corners resulting in leaking or clog printers. It's not worth the mess.
