This helmet is great for those who are just starting airsoft but have a limited budget. The only problem with this helmet was that it did not include a card-tool or patch. This was likely a manufacturing defect. You can remove the side rails with a large flat head screwdriver. From there, you can access the screws holding the "slide down" goggles in the helmet. It fits well for children between 12 and 18. My brother, 13, and I are 16 years old. We both purchased the same helmet and it fitted perfectly for our "age average" heads.
