Lance Cunningham Ford

When we offered less than Cunningham Ford in Knoxville wanted to sell their Mustang for, they added a $400 "theft insurance" to our sale. I thought the end price was a bit high but thought it was all tax and typical fees (which they did throw in, like shipping because of the fact that they got it from another dealership a while back). When the finance guy put his arm over the whole sheet, pointed to the X's, and asked us to sign it (without going over the itemized lines) we did, not realizing he had added that theft insurance. When we got home and saw it we called to cancel that insurance we neither saw nor requested (we already had insurance prior to purchase, and they KNEW it), they said it was a Florida company and non-refundable. Our sales person actually said he didn't know a thing about it. Right! The guy was so nice and the finance office was so quick we stupidly trusted them, never thinking to look at what they may have added. Just beware when you buy from Lance Cunningham Ford in Knoxville, TN that they may try to add every fee and insurance they can to get that extra bottom line and commission.
