Ordered grow lights Feb 10/2023. Charged to my credit card Feb 11/2023. Received an invoice via email and charge appeared on credit card. Shipping says ordered Placed. Shipping not changed since day of order. Have emailed company but no response. Does not appear Lazy Panda has a phone number. It is now Feb 28,2023. Obviously I would like to receive the lights or a refund but after 18 days and no communication from Lazy Panda, I guess I'm out $533.00.

Arrived basically next day (I had ordered it on Sunday it arrived Tuesday morning), well packed, discrete, and lovely. Bong is a big hit and I have told several friends where to purchase one.
