Just don't order from this company. It took more than 6 months to get our shipment. It said on the site that we wouldn't have to pay for customs taxes, but this was not true. I ended up paying double the price of actually paying for the stupid bags. When I spoke with the company about it, they basically said "it is your problem and we really don't care at all." The colors of the bags are great, but the fabric is really $#*!ty and cheap.

I ordered two laybags in the beginning of November as I am taking a vacation to SE Asia in January. I have not received either item and have received no answers or contact from the company. I have paid for the items and paid for shipping as well and I could understand a delay in a hired shipping company due to strikes, increased service or etc. According to the tracking number my items have not even been shipped. If they were not in stock when I ordered them then I should have been notified when I placed my order that they were on back order or given an estimated time of delivery. I don't understand what is going on or why I am not receiving my answers or product. I would not recommend shopping or trusting this company. There are so many inflatable bags on the market to choose from. Read reviews and select a company that is trusted. I trusted the company only based on the marketing and believed that a company that floods social media with adds has money and inventory to back it up. I was wrong.
