My son's cross country / track teams designed new uniforms and I paid for and ordered his in October. It hadn't arrived by December and they claimed it "takes several weeks" for a customized order. Its now March and no shirt and no notice from the company about the delays. How long does it take to make a shirt? Why can't you notify someone if there are delays. He's about to start the outdoor season. I paid for a shirt he's not even going to be able to wear it appears. FIVE MONTHS AND NOTHING!

Ordered a lacrosse stick and paid extra for priority shipping for a tournament. No tracking information was every updated in the system, arrived late (had to purchase another one), and now to return it will cost a minimum according to LAX.com to return. Found the same stick on Amazon for $45 less with no charge for 2-day shipping (and no hassles), and also on Eastbay.com. Choose a smarter option...
It took long for my stick parts order to reach me, but the quality of the gear was certainly worth waiting for.

I believe I ordered the wrong size. I have since re ordered a size small and they fit fine. I still have to return the incorrect sized ones.
Bought several items; one of the cleats were the wrong size and after making me pay to ship it back they refuse to give me my refund because the box has tape on it?!? Even though they haven't been worn. Buy from any of the other lax stores, they're actually have decent customer service that won't make you waste almost $150!

Worst experience ever! It is a real shame that Customers are not valued by some Companies anymore, rather their perspective seems to be that it is just such a privilege for customers to do business with that company! Called to track an order that got lost and was told they would file a claim that would take 8-10 days, then would process a new order... said really your not even going to process an replacement for 8-10 days after it is over a week late already. Asked to speak to manager, was denied said they were out of the office for the day. Got upset and demanded to know what they were going to do to fix their delivery problem and was told to stop interrupting him. This after the guy had tried to talk over me and interrupted everything I had said so far, now it is suddenly me that is interrupting. Then he changed the story and he is going to contact UPS a process a claim then will call me back to start a replacement order and figure out how to get the delivery to me when I need it. Stating that is what he said, so wrong! When asked for a time he would call me, again I get the "that is what I told you line". The rudeness and arrogant nature of this guy was unbelievable. If I owned that business I wouldn't let him anywhere near a phone or a customer without some serious training and attitude adjustment.

:)placed an order last minute for Christmas... what was in stock I rec'd quickly. We are waiting for 2nd half of delivery due at the beginning of June.
Ordered multiple items from Lax.com and after not being delivered for 2 weeks we found out the order was lost and they had no idea where our items were. Definitely not ordering from them anytime soon.
I ordered my son's starter Lacrosse kit with the standard free shipping on the morning of Dec 20th and it was delivered Dec 22nd at 11 am! Considering I am in San Diego and it was coming from Connecticut, during the holiday crunch, I was really impressed! Or package was wrongly delivered by UPS to our neighbor several houses down. Unaware of the mistake, I contacted LAX.com customer service at 9 pm their time and informed them UPS said it was delivered but I did not receive it. LAX.com responded 8 am their time the next morning, which was a Saturday on Christmas Eve Eve. I was blown away! They started a claim with UPS right away until eventually my neighbor brought the package later that night.
I shopped around a fair amount and their price was the best. We are fairly new to Lacrosse so I am not familiar with all the gear/brands but all the equipment appears to be quality products. It even came with a free mouth guard and lip balm!;-D

3 days late but it's all good, I had bad weather in my state so I guess that 3 days ain't all that bad.
I called 3 times last week and did not receive help. I am a very frequent customer and am upset because i am not able to check out using my rewards account anymore. Had to place this order as a guest and miss out on 120 rewards points.
Had a very bad experience with customer service. They were unable to properly answer my question regarding the product and did not make an effort to find someone that knew. Also I tried to return an item and made the condition of my item clear, but they rejected it after I spent money shipping it over. Not good service and not professional

False advertising. At the top of the website it says free shipping for orders over $99. After ordering over $200 worth, I was charged more than $17 for shipping. They hide restrictions to shipping fees. Won't use this site ever again.
Items run very small -- that should have been stated on the order form. Items seem to be of good quality. I would like to know if they can be returned.
