This company is to be relied upon. I needed an invoice quick and easy and their system produced an excellent document within minutes after answering a few simple questions.
Rodolfo was absolutely amazing, I didn't get the chance to finish the review because I hung up before I got the chance but he was so helpful, so patient and so sweet. I started getting annoyed with the company but he just kept giving me the facts, and I apologized to him for being mean when he's DEFINITELY not the problem, just an employee. We were on the phone for over an hour, if I was able to give him a tip, i definitely would of. Since I couldn't give him a review over the phone. I had to come look up where I can give him a review! I signed up with LawDistrict in Nov 2022. Then in Mar 2023 I received another message from them about my new account, which was strange. They had lost one of my documents in July 2023 and was unable to find it. There was an international transaction fee deducted from my account for a couple of months as well as my $33 a month for the program. I just went back to Nov 2022 to look at the original transaction and it was only supposed to be $7.99 per month, where did the $33 per month come from? They have an other company doing their transactions for them, this is where I think it got messed up. 4 days ago I received a message that my 7 day account was cancelled although I have paid $33 automatically drafted monthly since Nov 2022. I contacted them to see why they are so confused and got a BOT. Finally there was a human that I got through to, only to have them not be able to find my account at all. I no longer have access to my documents that I created over the past year. This company is a huge scam. I need my documents and my fees returned immediately.

I signed up for the seven day trial and canceled the subscription. They charged my account $39.99 for services I have not used and do not plan to use. They stated I was paying for service would be canceled in February but the email states it was canceled in January. Basically, your paying for nothing. And they will not allow you to remove your card information. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THE DOCUMENT I DOWNLOADED WAS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT COULD BE USED FOR MY STATE. Any review site I am going to post this notice. If anything I hope it saves at least one person from using this company's service. I hope they don't plan on staying in business long.

I purchased a Bill of Sale for a vehicle that I sold from this site. I paid $1.95 for 7-day access to this document. This was fine for me, since all I needed was a quick copy of the document that day. Lawdistrict.com took my $1.95 payment and provided immediate access to the document.
About 5 days later, my credit card company contacts me about a $33 charge to my credit card from lawdisctrict.com. I do a little research and find out that this is the amount that they charge for an annual subscription. I did not request this subsrciption nor did I approve the charge to my card. I also was not told at any point during the initial purchase that they would be charging my card for any further amount.
I attempted to call the customer service number that they provide, which is no longer in service. I doubt that it was ever in service to begin with.
The people that run this site are thieves that intend to steal from people that use their service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE, THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.
