They have done a great job with Divinity: Original Sin 2. Definitely one of my all time best games! I have spent a lot of time on it and I still can't get enough!
They're charging orders twice and not even refunding the extra money. They don't even respond to emails! Nor on any social media platform! Do not buy anything from their website!
Got a misprinted rulebook from their board game: Divinity. I'm waiting now for three weeks and still got no answer! A good Support would have send me a PDF version immediately and two days later the actual rulebook! Not this company! They just ignore you! Never will buy anything from them again!

Today I noticed that a gamer has been asking for months how to print the D: OS2 lore book. I never noticed it but the PDF was actually distributed badly. The pages are not single but in pairs, therefore it's not easy to obtain a booklet. None of the Larian Studios deigned to help him.
I mean: any other developer, after months of requests, would send him a physical collectors edition as a prize!
Because if he wants to print the booklet he has invested money in sheets of good weight and cartridges, plus he invests time looking for help. That person truly loves the game. I'm nobody, I'm a player like him, but what I saw touched me deeply.
They did not even deign to send a well formatted PDF.
I had a lot of faith in this team and now I'm truly disappointed.
