You order, they will not ship or ship the product very late. There is no way to cancel it or communicate with them. They will not give you proof of purchase unless you dispute the charge. Then they will start revealing themselves. They will start writing about you on scam websites! Please beware! They give you online form which you can submit but there is no email confirmation or any feedback from them. Once you start form money back they become aggressive no communication at all. I ordered a replacement battery from laptopncellular.com for my laptop on 9/30/20. I received a 'please confirm order' on 10/3/20. I filled out their form as requested. Well after six weeks of not receiving the battery, I filled out their contact form to check the status. I never heard back. Frustrated with not receiving the battery, I stopped in a local computer store. They told me I'd be looking at almost 8 weeks to receive a battery. I finally broke down and ordered a battery on Amazon on 2/1/21. The package arrived 2/4/21 and I just filled out a dispute with my credit card company. Do NOT order through this company. Save yourself a headache!

I ordered a wireless keyboard, I don't hear from them for 2 weeks, then they want you to confirm your credit card info, another 2 weeks go by, then they want you to confirm your address, then I got my item 2 weeks after, and it was the wrong model number.

I bought an item and I received a used item in such poor shape it was unusable. I totally expected a new item based on the items listing. The situation was handled by my bank and CC company and I received a full refund of that purchase. You can't send anything back as they will not provide their name and address. Due to my experience and the reviews of others, "I Totally recommend that you make your purchase elsewhere."
Tip for consumers:
This business is a scam. They send used items when you order new. Their shipping was EXCESSIVELY slow. You cannot deal with them by direct email or phone (or in writing).

They do not say the parts are used, recycled or salvaged. I ordered a battery for a laptop. When it arrived it was obviously used, warped, and beat up. I nervously put it in my computer and got a message saying not recognizable and not chargeable and the battery indicator light blinked red. They only way to contact is by filling out a form and they will email back. They responded once saying they would send another but I just wanted my money back. No further contact from them.
