Was a bit concerned after paying via PayPal after I got another screen requesting information and to place order again. Very confusing.

Pretty clearly written and informative web pages. Customer service feedback on warranty, and accessories less clear.

Please double check your site order steps. There was a small pop up to enter credit card and address details, after which there was a full screen seeking the same. I am not sure why I had to enter the details (credit card and address) twice.

When checking out, the "state" field didn't change when I selected "Canada" as the country. Very frustrating as it didn't allow me to select a Canadian Province but limited me only to USA states.

The fields don't show up very well when inputting. Also, I had trouble with the shipping issue, I think because of an input error, but I ended up inputting my credit card info multiple times, which was very frustrating

Delivery was very slow. It sat in a post office for over a week.
I haven't tried the battery yet but will in a few days or so.

Tried twice to pay with PayPal and each time the sale crashed. I hope this sale goes through for only one battery.

It would help if all batteries also had listed the MaH. I was looking at an HP CA06 and CA09 replacement. The duration of time for a new battery to last looked to be the same. I ended up having to use the cell count to calculate likely time ranges and checking in a Tom's Hardware online guide.

It keeps looping back and forth between paypal and CC payment. Confusing but I was able to order the battery.

Annoying that if passwords do not match because of a typo, that credit card info has to be entered again

tax and shipping should be calculated and shown before placing the order. this did not happen for me.

I still find the same error when checking out. I choose Colombia for country in the Billing option and the "States" it shows me are from USA. I had to reload and type in my address several times, and it kept asking my state.

I need to reenter my address, it would be nice to have a "Do you want to use this address for shipping as well?" option.

I like the reviews I read of the product I want to buy, but your web site is not working properly. I could not get the form to load at all using a credit card. There was simply no response. If I submitted it again it kept saying that the form was already submitted and I should be patient, and then re-submit after x seconds. When I did, the same problem occurred. I switched method to paypal, and eventually was able to submit it. But there were still problems. It didn;t recognize that I had entered a shipping address until I clicked "Copy billing address to shipping", even though the form showed the info was entered. Also, your site says that if I don;t want fast shipping it's free, but the form would not let me do that. It kept failing to submit, saying I needed to choose a shipping method. But the only shipping method available was FedEX 2-day for $12.00. I didn't want that, but I just gave in and selected it. Your e-commerce site is not doing you any favors. I'm not even sure why I hung in through all those problems.

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SPOKEN TO A SALESPERSON FOR HELP. I HOPE I ORDERED THE RIGHT THING.

Form cleared payment info when phone and shipping method were omitted and order was submitted - had to reenter.

was sold, frankly, by your "about us" on the web site. family run, solid warranty, obvious expertise and experience, i happily pay "more" than i could get away with but ... is it really more in the long and often the short run? nope.

I made an order but couldn't sign in to cancel it 5 minutes later when I realized I had been looking at the wrong battery.

I rated everything a 3 just because I just placed the order. I used duckduckgo to find what I was looking for ... it brought me straight to the page ... I put it in the cart and placed the order. Everything worked as expected. The real rating will come after I receive my order ... which will depend on how fast I receive it and if the battery works when I get it.

Getting the right replacement battery was easy, but the purchasing page was a huge pain... I must have clicked the pay button 12-14 times and certain info was erased every time.
