Don't be confused by the old site design. This is what the most effective tools look like. The guys really know their stuff the best. An extremely wide range of batteries (including rare ones), reasonable prices, fast delivery, and feedback if necessary. Don't waste your time looking for better deals.
Product appears to be fine; they are drop shipped from China. However, the return process is not good. Site says there is a 30 day money back I purchased the wrong adapter, and want to return it It feels like I am being made the hassle; a lot of back and forth when I should just be getting a return address/label so that I can ship the item back to them.

These guys sell knock off batteries that don't fit! And good luck trying to return it! They say they have an easy return - not a chance. You have to spend $30+ to ship back to China! No immediate refund. Will most likely get stuck in customs. Total rip off. BUYER BEWARE! Find a legit company.

Beware! If it doesn’t work you are really out of luck. Very rude and unhelpful customer service. Unethical behavior.

I need to return the battery I purchased and keep getting the runaround. Sent pictures. Sent information asked for. I'm being told that a shipping label will be issued soon. This has been going on for over a week.
I ordered a battery from this supplier. The battery I got had a packing list attached ebay return that said defective battery. The battery itselfhad "RETURN BAD BATTERY DEFECTIVE" written on it with permanent marker. I made 2 attempts to email them to return for replacement or refund. Never got a reply. I would not buy a stick of gum from the company. Worst company I have ever dealt with.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Can I give a -5 star rating. Slow shipping time, triple what was promised. Wrong Product. Looks like a used product. One month to get a response about replacement. Now fighting with Paypal to get refund. Stay away from this shop!

Ordered an ASUS battery and yes, finally saw the disclaimer that they sell knock offs but it's still presented as an original ASUS. The battery specs do not match the original ASUS battery or what they advertised on their website. The order, below, even says ASUS. First pic is what I received. Second pick is the ASUS original. Just want to be sent what I ordered.

The site is a scam and all the reviews here have been posted by a bot (only 1 review and all 5 stars, too good to be true), google Review Laptop-Battery-Shop -sitejabber for a true reflection of this scam artist
*UPDATE - Company representative "Amy" finally processed my refund and offered to pay me an additional $6 to remove my negative review. They also told me to dispose of the power adapters - at $125 for the order - this is VERY SUSPECT that they wouldn't want the product back. BTW its illegal to pay consumers for reviews or to remove reviews in the United States per the FTC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
BEWARE - This company is selling knock off power adapters and it is very dangerous (fire hazard).
I ordered 2x Asus ADP-180TB H power adapters. Based on the description, I figured these would be proper power adapters as they are listed by the ASUS part number and show the printed back of the adapter. Per the listing - "All pictures are not edited, what you see on website is exactly what you will receive", well this flat out untrue - see the images below.
What I was sent, was a thicker, modified power adapter where the top cover was removed from the power block and replaced with a "ROG Eye" logo plastic plate. You can see this in the image below, as its obvious that the plastic casing is bulging and discolored along the edge. Additionally, the ASUS logo printed on the back of the power block has been covered by permanent market and a sticker.
Not only is this dangerous, as heat can cause this cover to pop off and lead to a fire, but the company lists the product as a brand new replacement adapter - all incredibly misleading.
Additionally, when I contacted them about getting are return label, I was first told they would send it after the new year holiday - which is odd since the email was sent 2 days before the holiday and an electronic label that I can print myself is a simple request. And after pressing them to send me a label, I was told they won't be able to send one now because of the "epidemic". So its obvious the company doesn't stand behind their products and will not take the matter seriously.
Backstory - I worked for ASUS for 3 years in the US and I know what the product is supposed to look like. I can say with certainty they are buying these from an OEM factory or 3rd party reseller, making cheap modifications and reselling them as "new" and authentic.
I have reported them to ASUS and the FTC as this is dangerous and fraudulent behavior.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from them - they sell counterfeit products, bribe customers to modify reviews and they have zero issue with selling you misleading products.

The delivery took a very long time considering the distance it had travelled.
The battery's Technical description fitted all the criteria for my Laptop but it does not work and was a complete waste of money.
A rather expensive purchasing mistake on my part, perhaps I should have realised that you only get what you pay for and cheap substitutes are not the answer.
I will not be using this supplier again.
Paid for battery, and after that, did not get any confirmation email of payment, no acknowledgement.
Emailed them to inquire about payment status and no one is replying. I think I have just been scammed.
