“Worst customer service experience”

Unfriendly and rude facility manager. I had a non- customer satisfaction experience with them when I expressed my fear and concern about a vehicle I bought from them. I noticed the Tire pressure light was ON when test driving the vehicle which they promised it will be taken care of but never did. The light has stayed permanently ON. Few hours after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed the Maintenance Required light also came ON. Contrary to my expectations and hope that the facility manager will step into the matter and help alleviate my fears and concerns, which includes a further clarification of the vehicle title brand, he yelled at me and my partner, treated us like we had no relationship with the dealership and furiously threatened to kick us out of his facility. I felt really terrible and regret ever patronizing them; I mean there are several dealership in Atlanta I could have gone to for my vehicle purchase, but I chose them and decided to give them my hard earned money and did not expected to be treated like garbage. " customers are always right" they say. Even when you perceived you are right, still make your customer happy, they are the reason you are in business.
