“Sad they have been shut down!”

I've placed numerous orders from them and sure it takes a fews but they state that upfront. At one time they quick to reply to all emails then they slacked off. Yes I knew I pirchasing a knock but I've been happy with every item ever purchased except the charging. Cable they never worked. Now if I you go to the you'll see the have been shut down to selling knocks. Too bad for those us who enjoyed a great deal! No clue how anyone will be their funds back maybe via your bank. I think they got caught in mid to late October as I went to place an order around early Oct got my product fine but I tri s the end of October sadly they'd been shut down! Anyone have issues getting product and or refund? Oh these fake otters I've purchased have lasted as long if not longer than my real otterbox!

“THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS”

I placed an order with this company on October 1st and have yet to receive ANY type of communication from them either a) confirming my order, b) telling me when or if it has shipped, and c)no reply to any of the 5 emails I have send them over the last two weeks. They certainly accepted my payment (Very promptly) and after that, I have had zero communication from them. At this point I feel there is a 50/50 chance that my order will actually be filled. I simply wanted a tracking number or estimated ship date/estimated delivery date and this seems to be beneath them. After reading reviews of Laikeet.com on other sites, I am regretting my decision to order from them and rest assured that if I had read the reviews before hand I would not have. Furthermore, I will definitely NOT be ordering from them again. Their website states they will promptly answer all correspondence but they clearly do not. Their "customer service" sucks and I'm tempted to call them although I don't really want to place an international call to a store that I'm sure I will have a language barrier with.

I am currently waiting for my third or fourth order from this site, my second order in less than 30 days. I've ordered a total of 4 OtterBox iPhone cases from the commuter style to the defender case I've been beyond pleased with all of my cases. My latest order I purchased another defender case, a 3 meter iPhone charging cable and a pink collapsible dog bowl. Yes it does take maybe 15 days from date of purchase to receive your order, but knowing that upfront is not an issue for me! My last order was placed on 5/05 an arrived on 5/20 a day earlier than its ETA. I've never tried to return anything as I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be cost effective to do so. I have had nothing but prompt and helpful customer service. On one of my orders I accidently placed the same order twice, I contacted customer service s soon as I realized what happened and I received a prompt email reply stating they'd refund my PayPal and did in fact do so, quickly! I was pretty worried about my mistake in placing same order twice as the main contact is via email not phone, but my stress was for nothing! My suggestion is you give them a try! As I stated return shipping is likely very costly therefore choose your items to purchase carefully and I think you will be extremely pleased with this store! Laikeet.com did NOT pay me nor gave me any incentive/product to post this review, these are truly my feelings! A few things to keep in mind are timing---I believe there is approximately a 12 or so hour difference so email replies may take a few hours. Secondly try to keep in mind that this region has one or more national "holidays" or such where everything shuts down for a week or so. I'm not exactly certain of dates but I want to say there's one for sure around October, therefore you'd need to account for an additional 7 or so days during those down times! Keeping my suggestions in mind I hope you will have the same positive shopping experience as I!
