With Ksl 4 years. Paid over 400.00 per month. TOLD over and over everyone pays the same rate. But I had a state wide campaign. Changed structure of adds, never informed nor let on to changes, dropped our business by 75 percent. Told me I was month to month. Could leave. THis is after 1 year of asking why I was not getting calls. They changed our campaign which took over a year to climb back up google page. LIED. This year they gave out 60.00 adds in the state wide campaings lied again, took another hit. I made enquires to other business who pay a fraction, and stuffed them in without notifying me, they continued to charge my company 400.00 then when I told them I was angry. They gave me a deal of 300.00 per month. My company had over 70 reviews which came off google, I spoke with 10 buisness owners on kls. This past 3 days. REMIND EVERYONE, MITCH, CHAD, the two in charge of the changes, told me every rate card is teh same, NO ONE! Gets better deals here. THE TRUTH IS THEY HAVE SLUGGED IN 30 to 40 new small business at 35.00 up to60.00 sitting side by side with all companies who are paying 400.00 plus for the top 6 slots re arranged the templates so the small companies slot in. Mitch said, I was loosing revenue propably due to my logo. I WAS THE TOP COMPANY on the page. TODAY THEY SAID I NO LONGER SUITED KSL.COM removed my business listing with 10 minutes.(Because I questioned them and dug down and asked questions. They took a year of my money changed my service and never once told me? ALot more to this story... Kaden a new rep told me, Heather its kinda of like comcast they raise the bill and its your responsiblilty to catch them and change it. DIFFERENCE (mitch, Kaden, Chad.) we are a business that expects services paid for to be performed in which 2 full years have been lies.
