Just received my order from KRMA.com. First of all I got THE BEST customer service through their live chat where a girl helped me with sizing, shipping & all the other questions I had (I think the girl that helped me was called Hannah). Everything came fast & the dresses had a very flattering fit. Overall I'm very happy with my order & I would definitely recommend this site to everyone!
I bought a very expensive dress, long story short, the colour I ordered was out of stock so they sent me a different colour and claimed it was a mistake. They purposely took a very long time to my emails and in the end did not allow me to return it with the excuse that too much time had passed. They did not refund my $200. It also took forever to arrive. I tried everything to get my money back with no success.

I recently placed an order for the first time with the site. Many great styles and reasonable prices. What I loved the most was their customer service. I had to return a couple of items because the fit was not ideal and was not aware that sale items were not returnable, however, they made an exception and processed a refund for the items anyway. Will continue to purchase from their site! Looking forward to many great outfits thanks to KRMA!
I ordered 2 dresses from KRMA and I got it delivered in 2 days after placing the order. The dresses looked amazing and I got so many compliments when wearing it. Quality was above my expectations. I usually don't write reviews but I think this website deserves one. After reading all the bad reviews I was in doubt ordering from the website, but I found a dress that I really liked so I took the chance (having in mind that most of the times a person writes a review is when they are unhappy with a service, not the other way around). Despite all the bad reviews, I had a really good experience with KRMA.com. They helped me through the live chat, my dress was delivered fast and it had a stunning fit. I will definitely will be shopping more here.
I have been trying to get my money back since August. I ordered 2 dresses, which came late, and the dresses that they sent were poor quality and fit plus nothing like what was shown online. They do not answer emails or chats on their website or instant message on fb. PNC said it could take 90 days to settle the case. Save yourself the trouble. Don't order!
I ordered a dress online with a postmates delivery because my address was so close to their office location. Postmates messed up and could not find their location. I was skeptical because of the reviews I read so I contacted them requesting to cancel the order. They responded WITHIN MINUTES with a picture of my package waiting at the office and even called an Uber and had the package delivered to my work address. The best customer service I have received in a very long time. I will be ordering again ASAP! THANK YOU! :)
I've been a KRMA customer for many years, because I've always loved their styles. I've never had any horrible experiences, but their customer service have not been the best. Ever since the website relaunched with new owners I've never had a better customer service, it's like having a personal relationship with the girls working there. They reply to my emails fast, they give me a personal shopping experience through the live chat and they were very flexible when I ordered the wrong dress and needed to do an exchange. I'm so happy they relaunched and as a long time customer I have never been more pleased with the customer service.
I ordered and received items in a timely fashion. I will definitely make future purchases. The live chat is definitely an excellent form of customer service.
I ordered a dress for my daughter and it was shipped the same day. They were very fast replying to my emails, and very helpful. The dress was stunning and the quality excellent.
My daugher order a dress from KRMA for her homecoming a little last minute and we were so happy she received the dress quickly and it was Stunning - Everyone asking her what store she bought at. I would definitely recommend KRMA - I know we will be ordering from them again!

I placed an order on July 12,2016. I have contacted this company on numerous occasion only to be told, its being shipped and will provide an update through their chat line. I have been patient with them and attempted not to contact the BBB, federal agents someone. This is really crazy and scary.
I wish I would have found this before I purchased over a week ago need the dress for my bday they said it would be here by today! Nothing and now no replies to email... Best thing to do is call your bank and dispute the charges
I wish I would've found this site before ordering from these people. The merchandise is SIGNIFICANTLLY NOT AS DESCRIBED, and are not made for American Women, this merchandise is SUPER SUPER SMALL, and I just read their refund policy to issue a gift card instead of cash. I can't afford to just give my money away to these fraudsters who don't supply adequate merchandise. Avoid the HEADACHE! DON'T BUY from these scam artists!
I have been doing nothing but trying to receive my order where the money was taken almost immediately after ordering and received no shipping info... other then fake shipping emails... this company has a facebook account has an instagram account and yet they continue to scam people... I can't believe they haven't been shut down! PLEASE BE AWARE... TOTAL SCAM!

This is the WORST company EVER. Do not order from them. Simply DO NOT. Everything that everyone else has said on this site is true- my story is pretty much the same. How are they still in business? What can we do to stop them?!?!
I purchased a dress from these scam artists on 12/4/15. More than a week later the item had not been shipped. I contacted a customer service representative via the chat feature on KRMA's website and was told that the dress was on back order. There was no indication of this when I made the purchase, otherwise I would have gotten the gown from another merchant. A few days later I received an email from the KRMA staff stating that the designer was out of stock, and asking if there was another dress I was interested in. That night (12/14/15) one of their online representatives told me she will have a full refund processed to my Paypal account the following day and that it will take up to 4 business days to receive the funds. We are on the 6th business day and I have not received my money. Every time I try to chat with one of their representatives online they close the chat window. They don't answer to emails and there's no phone number listed for their company. This dress was supposed to be worn for my 30th birthday. Now I'm out of a gown and $220.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Waited a month for a reply from customer service, sent over 50 emails only to be replied that tracking is on the way with no other information. Waited for a 30 days before I finally gave up, stumbled upon their Instagram account (@madeforla) and realized it was VERY ACTIVE. HOW CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE BE UPDATING THEIR INSTAGRAM EVER 3 HOURS BUT NO ABLE TO REPLY A CUSTOMER FOR THEIR SHIPPING NUMBER FOR 30 DAYS?
I sent a direct message to the person incharge of their Instagram and she directed me to email the head of operations *******@krma.com. Eventually got a reply after 35 days from waiting and finally received my dress after 45 days!
Please LADIES, only order if you're willing to go through such an exhausting and torturing ordeal!
I had the same ordeal as everyone else except for the phony 5 star review lol and if you're ordering abyssbyabby I even contacted them pleading for help and even the designer in Australia doesn't care. Purchasing from Australia is faster than this scam site in LA as i received my dress that went thru customs in like 4 days. Shame on our banks for allowing them to process credit cards with no telephone number, not even Chase had their number. After 2 months they sent the wrong dress 2x and the 2nd time was the dress I sent back to them... I was done with their crap. No Refunds?! Nice try I did a charge back and sent them back the dress along with forwarding the tracking info to my bank along with all the emails begging for a response and of course the bank honored my claim. After all the fighting and stress... TRUMP 2016 to send that 3rd world criminal scamming fraud trash hiding in LA back to their poor country in 1 of their containers LOL
