Fraud website don't order any product BEWARE it's SCAM website

I purchased manual handpush Seeder machine on June 1 2022 worth ₹7500 & & paid 3030₹ online machine supposed to get delivered within 10 days but they didn't did delivery they blocked my number which I used to call on customer care number I tried calling them with other number once I share my order details person will disconnect my call & block the number please don't waste your money on scammer

I've ordered a Brush cutter machine. It was easy, quick and support team answered all my questions. I'm satisfied. I hope the next purchases will be also successful.

Until you pay for the product they respond and answer you queries so promptly. They missed one on my two shipments and my whole product is waste and useless. They do not take any responsibility after shipment, not bothering wether you received or not. My package arrived damaged with several missing screws and did not get my second box.

Very good comunication with polite and respect, price more lesser then amazon, delivery processing is safe and quick.

Its a fake online site. No proper procedure is following. You will lose your money. Never go for this site.

They don't deliver what we ordered. Instead they send something else and ask us to pay the amount.
I have placed order for bush cutter (COD but we need to pay 30%) you won't get that money even if you cancel the order after two minutes paying the amount.

For ordered item they only send partial items. And force us to receive the item.

Unfortunately they have pathetic customer service. Very rude behaviour. Don't even respond to emails.
If they are behaving like this imagine about their products.
Don't expect professional services from these people's.

When I googled for a farm product Krishi Tool name crroped up and I beleived in google search, but after making my payment this site turned out to be a fraud site, I have already filed a complaint with National consumer forum and I am soon going to register a case against this cheta management. So Google should better take care of this type of frausters and take there website down

Am purchasing 2 brush cutter on your website 26 July 2022 it's not using till. Date because rain problem now we can use this one hour or two hours running it's off doesn't start already 3days 3 times i am repaired local Technician, now he's told sir it's Motor and corborator problem now what can I do just 25 days back I purchased

If you call up Kri$#*!itool customer care to enquire little more abt their product spec they answer you in arrogant style. They inform caller to find his/her querie's answer on his /her own way. From my conversation with their customer care personnel i realized that they just want to sell their product n forget about support. Had i purchased machine from them i would have been in loss if product had some issue. Thanks to customer care Lady who spoke arrogantly with me.

No one fraud. I order with COD. But they asked for initial amount of 2865 even for COD and remaining 6k when received. After 2 days they cancelled the shipping stating I asked them to cancel which I never did. More over the initial amount not refundable.

I bought a brush cutter online from them. The item could not be assembled as the cradle was not properly welded. I tried to speak to customer care but they did not respond. I had to get it rewelded locally. The machine ten stopped working after two days, and I finally had to spend another INR 2500 to replace the carburettor. The machine still gives constant problems and needs frequent repairs. DO NOT BUY these poor quality Chinese machines, go for HONDO 4 STROKE machine from authorised dealers.

I am also one of the victims of Krishi Tools. Don't trap attractive prices on his website. Better you spend some more money and purchase from a branded company. Don't waste hard earned money.

Sending the product without checking with wrong parts and after the delivery not answering to the call the fool the people

They take 30% in advance and do not deliver the Correct Equipments.
The website is made in such a way that it makes you think that it's legit

I bought a water pump from Kri$#*!ool.com a few months ago, till now it's running very well, got the product within 4 days in good condition, after-sales support is very good and very helpful.

Its a fraud company i have ordered weed cutter by Cash on delivery they sent me a box through VRL Parcel service and told me to pay the remaining amount i have paid the remaining amount then the executive sent me a photo of LR Copy and told that it will be posted through delivery parcel service a enquir@ that parcel service then i came to know they didn't send me any LR copy and they have taken back the parcel box from VRL & its the new techniques from fraud company sending empty box forcing us to pay and taking back the package before payment their executive speek so sweetly so we will believe them and after we pay the amount they will speak ruadly and block our no... I have lost my hard earned money. Now i have lodged a complaint in consumer forum so plz dont order & loose u r hard earned money by seeing their colour full website & sweet speaking executive...i have added the photo that of my transaction below...

I have ordered heavy duty brush cutter machine. It is value for money. The employees of the company are very polite and gives the good response. Delivery is on time.

Don't ever get into business with these third class service providers, their customer service number is a cell number where they barr your number after your query so that you can't touch base with them again on the product, there site is the worst where you can't even track the orders that you have ordered. They just wash out their hands saying that after shipping it's not in their hands wihtout even bothering to check if the product has reached the consumer who had paid for it. Please stay away from these guys and save money. I have already filed a complaint against kri$#*!ool on National Consumer Forum for their irresponsible behaviour.

The product is good and the service was also good. The item I purchased is running well so far and no problem has been noticed. Overall GOOD. 3 days shipment received in Home. Thanks Kri$#*!ool.

Kra$#*!ool.in company se maine ******* ka brush cutter purchase Kiya tha. Jiska unhone 5000 cod charge liya tha. Unhone nhi to product ki delivery di or nhi hi payment refund kar rahe hai. Ye ek fraud company hai. Ab is situation me mai kya karu

When I was searching for a brush cutter online I did a substantial online research and finally shortlisted Kri$#*!ool due to mainly the cost factor as other similar products are very expensive. Delivery was fine. You will receive two packets, one contains the brush cutter machine and another packet contains the long connector. The packet also contain tool kit and the nylon cutter and a blade, I have installed the nylon cutter. To start the product again it is not a easy task. Kri$#*!ool sending me assemble video, I have to see video to learn the trick to start the machine and finally I manage to start it, the cutter is really powerful (you can see the video) and easy to use, I have used it 5-6 time to cut grass and brush in my lawn, it was till now working fine. Overall till now I had a good experience and would really recommend it, the petrol tank is about 1200ml and you can use it for about two hour with full tank.

Don't buy anything from these fraud team. With my experience I'm saying, please don't waste your money.
