SCAMMERS!
April 7, 2023

I would first like to add that I would give this company zero stars if it would allow. They are definitely SCAMMERS! Most of us think of scammers as someone who calls you and says you have an over due bill or something, gets your card information and runs with that. Not these people. These people, (as there are too many who contacted/harassed me to count) scam in a way that catches you off guard. They ask what your goals and dreams are and then emotionally and financially manipulate you that way. This never ending nightmare all started in November of 2020. This was shortly after Covid began and everyone was hurting financially, losing their jobs or being stuck at home. I was one of those people who lost their job. So of course, just like online shopping, I began looking online for work as well. The other reason I started this process was because I was trying to fulfill my dream of getting a sentimental family saying trademarked. As I was searching the internet, I came across Kreative (unfortunately for me). Then the scam began. Of course, I reached out to them and they initially asked me about these goals and dreams I had. They then used these completely to their advantage to sell me this scam of theirs. They told me that instead of making the website that I was imagining for this trademark, that I had to first make a different website with them. They asked me more about what I wanted for my "future" dream website. I told them about myself and the story behind the saying. I am a mother of five children, whom are all grown up now. My disabled son passed away about thirteen years ago. My whole family would say this meaningful saying to him and each other. This has made it incredibly special for us, especially after losing him. My plans were also to have sustainable income for the future, which would allow me to stay at home and be with my grandkids more. We continued on with Kreative (many other companies as well) to have them build me this website. Throughout this process, I would have meetings with my "coach" to try and help me understand what was going on. They would have different employees call and basically just ask me for more money for something that would "help" with my website. Always saying that I "need" to do this to be successful. One of these other companies being Digital Guidance (who also scammed me and got a ton of my money). I'm pretty sure they were just partnered together to scam even more and more people. After a while, I got so many different calls that I didn't even know if they were really from Kreative or not and was sick of paying them large sums of money. I can't even stomach saying publicly how much money they stole from me. I feel robbed and humiliated. Unfortunately, all of this pain and suffering was not spent alone. I talked my daughter into investing with me (of course before I know it was a scam) and she is now as emotionally and financially distraught as I am. These people have ruined our lives. We have no savings, struggle financially everyday and it takes a toll on our mental health as well. Just having this burden over our shoulders is a huge weight on us that feels as if it can never be lifted. We have felt nothing but stress for years now. We never came from money and sadly we have even less than we did before this all started, which was not much. We are writing this to warn others to not fall for this SCAM. It will ruin you financially and emotionally. The worst part is that they continued to try and get $100 a month from us and when we refused, they took down the website they made for us which we never made a dime on in the first place! This almost three year long experience has been unbelievable and life changing in the worst possible way!

Worst company to work with.
March 17, 2021

March 2020 began with the news of the Corona virus which in turn, left my husband jobless because he could not travel anymore. After months of looking for supplement income, my husband was approached by Kreative. Biggest mistake of our lives. Tyler Hill is a smooth operator, promising that he and they (Kreative) would be with us throughout the whole process of setting up our own website. I say us, because according to them, I had to sign the contract too even though this was to be my husband's business only. Me, thinking they were a reputable company, obligingly signed. Shame on me for not checking the BBB and other sites that have given Kreative horrible reviews. But they are very high pressure, saying you must get this promotional deal right now or it won't be available. This was in August of 2020. The idea that you can use training videos to teach the average Joe how to select inventory and manage a website are ludicrous. Not to mention, we had to spend an additional $2000 for additional training on top of the original $14,500 plus $119.99 for 2 years. Then, we had to pay a distributor (one they recommended) DOBA an additional $3800 for use of their merchandise. So, all total we are in this for $23,179.76. At first, Tyler was very approachable and available. But the longer it took to get the website up, the harder it was to get in touch with him. Kreative would send e-mails practically everyday about how they had checked the inventory and we were to sign off on it. We didn't know what we were signing off on. So, in October, when we were sent something saying we signed off on their work, we thought "Great, our website should be up and running soon." They kept saying, give "it" another couple of weeks. Well, here we are in March 2021 and we still don't have an operational website. As a matter of fact, when I try to pull up our "exclusive website" I got this message. "ShortysTacticalSupplies.com is parked free courtesy of GoDaddy.com". And did I mention, we can't get anyone to answer the phone or call us back. We are out almost $******* with nothing to show for it. Shame on you, Kreative. If nothing else, I hope others will read this review and not be taken in by this scam like we were.

Extremely adept and thorough con artists
August 18, 2020

These guys have so many websites that correspond to hacking and malware and fraud issues. Tons of convincing and related businesses whose sites were created days apart. There is no info, everything is routed through. Warhead servers, and the scam artist Gary Walker who registered the sites, was sued for millions in WA state in 2008 for offenses and con jobs along the same lines of many I've read. They are very in depth and have every angle covered to rob you, a billion shell companies they refer victims to to handle accountability, and somehow maintain a B+ BBB rating despite claim after claim after claim of various ruthless scams. There is nothing this business doesn't do apparently, except exist. Look for any info on any of the million sites they've registered under Kreative and Gilbert Walker for years and years back from WA, to Scottsdale, AZ where GoDaddy thieves all have some imaginary physical presence, to South Africa. They have imaginary online stores covering every conceivable variety of product, extremely convincing, and occasionally even fake referencial postings to give some legitimacy or backgrounds and fake locations with fake phone numbers that match fake locations (but not where the owner registers the business) on other sites, and none will have any actual contact info or historyThey collect IPs and information like names, e-mail and credit cards and have no reviews often times. This on top of every conceivable fraud game, short and long con with a network of fake people and shells and deflective LLCs. But they always leave some traces. The BBB is an absolute joke now, look at their responses defending this ambiguous "business" as though they are just another one of these Kreative controlled entities amidst the massive labyrinth. Gilbert Walker, WA state, 2008, this is a good place to start, then look at their domains and. Warhead and connections to GoDaddy and so on. Luckily enough digging leads to actual locations where the cons and coconspirators are or own and other personal info they go to great lengths to hide, but steal from you. I am not sure that any issues you have with Kreative can be resolved via electronic communications or standard bureaucratic means and hoop jumping.

Here are a ton of sites registered by Gilbert Walker and Kreative, but some only by Kreative. The link provides a better grasp on how prolific and dilligent they are in their multifarious fraud and con jobs and impressive endless range of purposes and specialties, fake cancer consultants robbing the dying and widow/ers, fake dentists, fake pet, knife, camping, kitchen, home decor and all things tactical. IPs correspond to a lot of predatory hacking and darkweb/TOR parasite activities. I have looked deeper than most will be able, but anybody is able to see a blatant, egregious, massive predatory entity robbing ordinary people who can't afford it, without any consequence or exposure (despite a billion victims' complaints and red flags for a long time).

STAY AWAY
August 6, 2020

What the hell does this company even do besides scam people? Well here's my odyssey with them: I was looking to get into the dropshipping business and I found these guys online through some sort of click-bait or ad on a website I was on (I can't exactly remember). I didn't deal with Kreative at first, but after a series of transfers/emails/me filling out online forms and a $30-$40 payment to get more info I was directed to them. But let me tell you, all I ended up getting in the end was my money taken. And they took it no problem. Once they had my phone number and set up a call, the first guy I ever spoke to sounded like he lived in his mom's basement and just gave me an overall uneasy feeling. He kept asking things like "are you ready to make some real money?" but in a sleazy way. He was obviously supposed to be some kind of initial screening to gauge my level of seriousness. Maybe I should've stopped there but I unfortunately didn't.

Anyways since I passed the test, I get granted an audience with the "big money millionaire", aka the guy that supposedly made millions in the dropshipping business. Now it's time to put up or shut up, because he had me commit on the spot to a significant initial investment. Of course, he claimed they would match me to show their own commitment, but I had no way of knowing if they actually did. From here a few days went by, and I get "assigned" to someone that would be my "coach"/main point of contact. I will say he was decent at first and seemed like a nice guy, but shortly thereafter I found he was ultra hard to get in touch with (I was always calling or emailing him) and I'm honestly not really sure what he did for the company. None of what I talked about with him ever came to fruition and the timeline he put me on was not upheld in the slightest. Eventually I stopped hearing out of him entirely, so now here I am out a ton of money with nothing to show for it and no idea what to do next.

Well at least a couple weeks go by and I get a phone call from another "coach" telling me he had taken over my previous "coach's" contact list. Ok no big deal let's move forward. Second guy was certainly better than the first. For starters, he was much more accessible. Over the next several weeks we made good progress, but still never got to the point where I launched a dropshipping website or had a healthy list of suppliers. To be fair I probably could've done more in terms of reaching out to suppliers, but somehow I don't think this would've mattered much. Funnily enough though, I found out from the second guy that the first guy (who disappeared) had been fired because "he wasn't the right fit for the company". Hmm. Needless to say hearing this did not raise my already waning level of confidence, and I certainly did not appreciate being left in the dark for 2-3 weeks while I was reassigned. Oh and by the way, they told me in the beginning the first guy had been with the company for 8 years and he was one of their best! So you're telling me I just so happened to come along when you decided that your superstar suddenly wasn't the right fit? Gimme a frickin' break. Then, I stopped hearing out of the second guy altogether! Fool me once shame on you fool me twice... you know how it goes. I kissed my money goodbye at this point, because I was not about to wait to get put on a third guy's list. It was clear to me now that this was going nowhere except deeper into my pockets.

So I made moves to get in touch with their customer retention department to get out of this mess. I get on the phone and climb that ladder til I get to the top where I demand them to let me go no strings attached. I can tell the guy on the phone was pretty disappointed too after I'd explained to him my experience with Kreative, and he told me "this is not the way we usually do business", so I told him "well I hope it isn't for your sake because if it is you guys will be out of business." He tried his best to retain me by waiving website maintenance fees and promises of trying again later with the same initial investment as long as I stayed on with them. But I tell you what, at this point I'd had enough and I was ready to cut my losses. I knew I wasn't going to get any of my money back, but I didn't care I was done dealing with them. Good riddance. One last little tidbit if you aren't convinced of their ineptitude/shadiness: The entire 5-6 months I did business with them I got charged $40/month for maintenance on a website that was never once operational!

To anyone who reads this, STAY AWAY. Judging by the overwhelmingly negative reviews on this site I can see I'm not alone in thinking this. I mean there's literally ONE positive review. Also, because of the other reviews here, I realize that if I didn't cut my losses when I did then most likely I'd be out far more money than I already am. Scary thought. In other words I got off easy compared to some here and I really feel sorry for them. It's just not right. So if there is any silver lining for me in this sh*t sandwich it's that. The more I think about it, I think they knew how much credit I had available, and this is how they arrived at the amount of the initial charges. They could've told me whatever they wanted in terms of cost and did, because how could I possibly know what all of it would cost? Again, scary. Maybe I'm wrong but I wouldn't put it past them. If you really think about it, how do I know if ANYTHING they told me was true? Kreative is a complete fraud, and they deserve to be brought down sooner rather than later. I really hope all this catches up to them one day, and these people see the inside of a jail cell.

Con Artists!
May 20, 2019

Some of their common lines: "For just 4K dollars you can have your own profitable online business." "If you could earn back your initial investment in 6 mos, would that be good with you...", "here are real examples of our successful customers." Here's the real scoop... 4K gets you the website built but the promises of making you the 1st business when googled costs an extra 17K minimum. They don't even mention the additional investment EVER in the 1st 6 mos when they're selling you on their product. All their pitches intentionally and deceptively leave it out. For the first months, you're constantly fighting with their design team to build you a website which they did not do before the 'satisfaction guaranteed' window expired. The salespeople keep placating you, 'we're working very hard on it', 'why don't you give me your notes and I'll pass them to our design team'... very little work is being done on your website. The whole thing is a huge scam. By the time you get your website, you've invested 100s of hours in networking drop-shippers, getting the site built, establishing logistics, and calling KREATIVE daily to hold them accountable for their promises. You finally start to feel like maybe you're going to salvage this thing when they schedule a call with marketing who hits you out of the blue for $16-2X thousand more dollars! And this guy's a bully! When you call BS, he starts in "well, you didn't actually expect to have a successful business for 5k dollars" - every successful business pays thousands in marketing - this is pennies compared to other successful businesses." That's where we bailed - it was such a struggle to get them just to build the website and honor their initial obligations, we couldn't sink more money into it, but at this point you've invested SO much of your time, effort, and money it's hard to cut your losses. I can see how people would give them more - they promise SOOO much and DO NOT DELIVER. It's unreal. Stay AWAY... they're a nightmare and they will milk you for every penny. Not to mention - even if you walk away after deciding to cut losses - they pour salt on the wound by charging you a contractual $40 a month for 2 additional yrs FOR DOING NOTHING! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL scammers - vultures. I can't imagine how they sleep at night. BUYER BEWARE!
