I had placed an order a couple of weeks ago and not only did they get my order to me earlier than expected but the floralytes and lanterns I received for my wedding were absolutely perfect. I had spoken with a customer service representative live through the website and got the information I needed right away. I will highly recommend Koyal - they made my wedding shopping a pleasant experience.
After ordering gold charger plates for my wedding, I had to call to find out why my order hadn't finished processing. The representative told me they were out of the item (even though they didn't remove the item from their website until 2 days after my call) and I was only ordering 3 packages of 24. They suggested I chose another. Ultimately I canceled my order and went with another company. You can tell that this business does not care about its customers.

I've ordered centrepcs for my small business worth $5000. It took them forever to process my order and one item hat was not available is still showing on their site as available. Know one responds to my emails re garding order. When they finally responded it was missing the money wiring info. I only received half of the email and no follow up as to why I haven't wired in the money. So I finally chatted online and she was very helpful. If I wasn't for her help I would still be waiting for my order. The people who look after the international orders don't answer ph calls or emails. They need to be properly trained. I am very hesitant to order more things from this company.
