I've bought some tops from this store and when they were delivered they had nothing to do with the pictures in their website. Terrible quality, looked more like pajamas. And they don't have a clear return policy. I sent them back hoping that I can have my money back. I will add a photo so you can see what I am talking about.

Koseme is a rotten crooked scam company that deliver clothing of the worst quality, incorrect sizes, labels cut out of the clothing. I ordered 2 tops, one would fit a midget, & one an elephant which had no labels but the packet that one came in said 5 XL. They also make it impossible to return & you can't get your money back. You can't even give them any rating.
STAY AWAY from this company. The clothing is cheap crap that smells like chemicals. Their return policies are lies. I followed the rules, sent back the poorly made blouse I had ordered, and they refused to refund my money. Made all kinds of excuses saying I sent the blouse back to the wrong address? It was THEIR address that they sent the blouse from. BUYER BEWARE--do not buy from this company koseme.com or rosefacts.com. It's a complete ripoff with people who barely speak English.

They are the same as rosefacts.com. STAY AWAY from both!

Bought a blouse and was told I could return with refund if it didn't work. TOTAL lie. I've sent back the blouse and they refuse to refund my money. They barely speak English and have terrible customer service. TOTAL RIPOFF. Buyer beware!
Do not buy from them. Very poor quality clothing. Will not authorize returns just a "canned" email reply. Contact page doesn't even let me send in a return request. No way to return a product.
These clothes are not what they appear in the photos. I ordered three tops and they are all cheaply made and look nothing like the photos. When I requested a refund I found they've blocked my email! Waste of money
Don't order from this website. The clothes you order are not what you receive. Quality is poor and they don't refund. I paid £40 for two tops and they are not even worth £5. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid like the plague
