I love the overall aesthetic and versatility of the items ive bought. They are all high quality and exactly as shown on the website, even the one i got at a discounted price. Shipping is fast and packaging is super cute! The designer is very active on social media and answers any questions, which i love. They also give back to their followers frequently with giveaways and sales. Overall this is a solid brand with a cute look that actually delivers on its promises!

I ordered about 3 years ago at this point just before the COVID pandemic hit in 2020. I placed my order around February of 2020, to be specific. My order was about $100 worth of items ($92 in total, including the expensive-$#*! $30 shipping fee), which I bought using a gift card (because of this, I was never able to get my money back). Only 1 of the 4 items I ordered ever ended up arriving over the 3 years. The website is a total scam and I seriously do not suggest EVER buying from here. You will lose so much money. Aliexpress and Amazon are safer options. I am still so upset about losing $92 to this day.

Ordered an item that cost nearly double when you added shipping, first red flag. After 80 days I sent an email with zero response. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute and sent an email letting them know that. They amazingly responded within 24 hours after that was sent. I will be getting a refund they say. I will watch for it.

I had many positive experiences on this site, I purchased a lot of times and I was always satisfied with it. Sometimes the wait was long, but everything arrived! The quality of the items is impressive, it's worth the cost that may seem high! I LOVE their designs, they're the best! It's literally my favorite shop, if only the shipping wasn't so expensive I'd buy from it like everyday. A couple times I wouldn't recieve responses to my emails or messages but in the end I didn't have any issue!

Ive bought items from this company twice and had great experiences! I live in the U.S. and the clothes arrived within a week. Shipping can be a little pricey. However, people need to understand mailing items does cost money. When you buy from this store you are paying for quality so in the end i think its worth it. Also, the ethics behind this company is amazing! The designer is wonderful and kind. The picture below is of the first order i ever made with this company 2 years ago. The designs are not faded and the skirt is so comfy

I saw all the sketchy reviews about how long it would take to receive items. I knew what I was getting myself into. I also knew this was a small business who has a small team, so I decided to give them a chance. I bought two outfits. Just for the record, the shipping price actually shocked me when I saw it. I can't remember what it was, being as that was months ago. However, I was patient. At first, they were pretty quick to respond to my emails (maybe 1-2 days, like their policy states). After about a month and a half, I finally received my first item: a red skirt.

Now, the skirt was amazing. Almost two months worth amazing? Debatable. However, it was better quality than most the stuff I bought from dollskill. This was a shock to me. But one thing was missing... the shirt I bought the skirt with, and my entire other outfit?

I suppose they will be sending these items separately because that would be the positive outlook of this situation. I emailed them about three times now. It's been about two weeks since my first email and they have yet to respond. So, they basically just completely stopped responding to my emails. I have no helpful* tracking information for anything I've ordered.

I was also informed that they say on their website they don't support sweat shops, but have one set up in China.

SUMMARY:
Their clothes, from what I can tell (the one item I've received out of 4) is good quality. However, it's not worth the time, the shipping price, the lack of customer service and blatantly not knowing where your stuff is 99.9% of those months it takes to actually get to you. I wish I knew of a better alternative website because I really did enjoy the skirt I received.

Love their clothing. Make sure you take your measurements before you get your size because their sizes run smaller than your average store, however I got an XL sweater and it fits and looks amazing. The quality is so nice on the colorblock tumblr sweater, it's a lot warmer than I thought it would be. Shipping took a little less than two weeks, and they were very responsive when I sent them emails. I have other stuff on the way and I'm very excited. Love Love!

I ordered from this site for a Black Friday sale. It is now April and I have not received anything. Currently figuring out how to get my money back. Beware

I've ordered two separate times from KokoPie, once a shirt and a sheer jacket. I'm pretty cheap so I only buy clearance stuff.
But my items came in after a week and they were in a cute branded bag, shipped from a US location. The sizes are pretty spot on and the shirt I bought is definitely one of my favorites. It's a soft cotton t shirt, and it's held up in the wash really well.

I haven't had any problems with their stuff, and they usually give out shipping promo codes so overall my experience has been positive! I never had a problem with my order or with their Instagram/customer service

I got a pink holo jacket when they did one of those "crazy and amazing" sales where you only pay for shipping and the item is for free. They have good deals and they are always giving the customers the chance to get some of their items for a really good price. Their quality is really good and most of their items come from their own creation. And also, more plus size items will be really good because I really love their style.

It was my first time buying off of kokopie and I just love their products so much! The design is so so pretty and I'm so happy I was finally able to buy the top I've always wanted to have (I've been looking at kokopie shop for years) the quality is really nice and the shipping was fast although i ordered internationally it arrived very soon. The prices are so fair regarding how good the quality of the products are. What i love the most about kokopie is that their designs are very unique and all very aesthetic and cute!

A while ago, I bought a cardigan on their black Friday sale in November of 2019, it is now January 2022 I definitely outgrew the cardigan, and no arrival, my mother bought it for me as a gift and it was $40 0r $50 I don't exactly remember!

I sent them an email giving them the information to track the order (my mother's information because I did not buy it through my own email) and they said I never purchased anything there which is total bull$#*!!

If you're reading this and you've seen good reviews trust me it's like gambling, maybe you'll get your order or maybe you won't DO NOT risk it!

My friend suggested this website to me in order to buy the "Pink Two Mood Sheer Jacket" At the time of purchase it was only $1.99 + the shipping which was quite reasonable for massive sale.

It didn't take long for my payment to be processed, and in less than a week the product arrived at my door.

The jacket came in excellent quality, and the size was perfect.
After contacting the Instagram account the manager seemed really friendly and wanted to know my opinion. They were very professional and seemed excited to hear that someone bought their product.

I would heavily recommend this designer for any future purchases.

I've bought from Kokopie in 2017 and everything was great and shipped really fast and the quality was really good. Also I really appreciated the original designs made by the owner. I reordered from them on november 2020 and after 1 year I asked for a refund because the items was never produced by the factory (even though they were listed in the site). I've got the refund but for me this company is dead.

Hey there! I'm an artist that loves to express themselves with the way I dress and this store has got loads of stuff that's right up my alley.

I love love this brand, you can always trust that their quality is great, the prices are fair, and their products will ship to you on time!
I'm a long time shopper and i've bought tons of stuff from here bc I just genuinely trust this brand over most online stores.
The skirts last and keep their color and shapes very well, the glasses are well made, the 2 pairs of socks that i've owned from them for like 2 or 3 years are still kicking with vibrant colors, their shirts are comfy
All in all, I just really dig this shop and I hope this review helps people realize that!

I knew that shipping would take a while, and I was okay with that. I placed my order on April. They never gave me an expected arrival date so I just waited. Two months later I emailed them asking for a refund. They basically told me to be patient as they are a distance away. Then another three months goes by and I demand a refund again because I still never received any tracking info or my items. Not impressed.

I really love the style of kokopie's designs. They're all super cute and stylish. While some of the things can be a bit pricey, the quality is good and you're supporting an independent designer. The shipping I'd say is pretty average for something within the US. Not astonishingly fast but not super slow either. I would definitely buy more when I can.

I ordered an item from Kokopie on December 4th for a friend's Christmas present. I received an order confirmation but never got a shipment notice so, as the holiday neared, I messaged them to see if my item had shipped without a notification. No response. Fast forward into January, I reached out again (I included order # and item description in my correspondence both times) and still nothing. It's now March and, after still absolutely no response, I had to retract my payment via my bank. Don't risk it!

I ordered 2 things for black friday.

A transparent jacket and a sweat. The delivery costed as much as the two articles together, that should've set red flags. It's been 6 months, 6 fricking months, me and my mother have tried to email Kokopie but their excuse was "It was holidays so we couldn't launch your delivery/Our providers are in China so it's not our fault if they take their time"
I don't even want a response from Kokopie, I want my money back.
Because it costed me 61 bucks, from my pocket.

I ordered something two years ago worth $70 and it never came. Smh. I'm still very upset cause we lost a huge amount of money and I was really looking forward to getting it.

But a couple of them just arrived in the mail and I feel like I should because there are so many bad reviews of this site and I feel like those reviews are going to scare away people from ordering things from this site. I got some of my stuff and it was really good quality yeah that's all I have to say don't be afraid of ordering from this site

Nice and cutely packaged. Arrived as time expected. I'm 5'5 and 155lbs. I am usually a M/L, but I got an XL and it fits me perfectly. I can zip it all the way up with ease. It's nice and roomy and so comfy! The sunnies fit my face well. So flashy! I love them! 10/10 I recommend. More purchases will be made by me on this site.

Their tracking numbers are FICTITIOUS! Bought a product and have never received it. They change tracking numbers. I believe they are Scamming people.
