I purchased two cimmaron toilets at Lowes a few weeks ago. I am renovating my home. My contractor tried to install the toilets but there was a problem with the base. My contractor called Kohler customer service and within a few hours they took care of everything. They arranged for me to pick up upgraded Toilets at Lowes the same day without returning the rather heavy ones I bought. They were great

I bought a $400kitchen sink faucet as part of remodeling my kitchen. After only 4 years the faucet is only providing drops of water. I contacted Kohler. After 3 weeks waiting for a "valve" that I'm supposed to install, the valve hasn't even been sent! I have tried and tried to convince a customer support agent to help me but they just don't care. I will NEVER buy another Kohler product. They have serious quality issues and won't help. AVOID KOHLER!

Kohler is a premium brand of bathroom fixtures. But the looks are about all it has going for it. It's a miserable material to work on. It's miserable to install, to service, and just about any other thing you can think of. Kohler is nice to look at but that's about it. If you want a good looking bathtub trim or faucet, look towards the high end delta's. Don't buy kohler. This coming from the guy who installs them on a day to day basis.

Will never, ever buy another Kohler product again. For all the hype around style and quality they DO NOT stand behind their products. When my $7k whole house generator died just out of warranty and with less than 300 hours on it not only would they not replace it, but their customer service rep literally hung up on me when I said I was going to contact my state attorney general office to see if the consumer protection department could help me. Not only that, but when my husband asked to speak with their repair team (it needed multiple repairs and part replacements while still under warranty) they refused him, saying he could only talk with the distributor who had ZERO details on what went wrong with the unit. Clearly there was something very wrong with it they were trying to hide. Horrible company.
Bought two identical faucets in 2023, one has corrosion spots already. I will never buy Kohler products again! Any tips on how to restore the faucet?

I purchased a Kohler vanity from a local Kohler distribution company, Keller Plumbing in Olympia, Wa. My vanity arrived missing a shoe on the leg making it uneven. I contacted Keller who contacted Kohler and I was told that Kohler would sent a replacement part which meant I had to have it installed. After two months of waiting for the part I contacted Kohler customer service. From three different representatives I was only told that they couldn't do anything because of world wide supply disruptions. They were rude and not willing to help. I do understand the supply chain distribution problem but I also know that this product was received defective and I am now having to pay someone to install the part which I still have not received. There has been no offer to compensate for their defective product. What I most needed was to know when I would receive the item so that I could reschedule the installation of granite and plumbing. Most companies try to make things right for you. I have waited two months patiently but now I am no longer patient. I will never purchase another Kohler product. Still no answers.
My faith in American companies is hitting rock bottom. I just bought a Kohler toilet seat, one of the more expensive ones, and found that the package was previously opened and two bumpers were missing. No problem I thought so I returned it and made sure the second one was unopened only to find after I got home and opened the new one that it was shipped missing one of the two bumpers. There is no quality control any were in manufacturing today.

I have four receipts, two were I purchased and two were I returned the products and I'm not going to bother sending them. I bought another brand that had all of it's parts and works great.
I placed an order for a replacement part that had no picture. They sent me the wrong color so I worked with an online support agent. They said they would have to contact the "sales floor" to get the authorization. I have waited a week, emailed twice, and still no response. Called today and the most unprofessional agent i have ever spoken with fielded the call. I think he was high as a kite. It was like pulling teeth to get any information, i literally thought he fell asleep a couple times. Anyway, good luck if you don't get the right item. You're better off just buying a replacement and praying that the return happens on the back end.
Made an order on Kohler.com after getting my order in my cart, I then realize it was impossible to get a delivery date. I needed this in a timely manner by a specific date. I went ahead and place the order hoping to get a delivery date. Once I realized they could not give me a delivery time on the website for the delivery. I went to chat, They were clueless and told me to call the phone number. I was able to find the exact item from a dealer that gave me a delivery date so I place the order with them. Then I called customer service Kohler.com 15 minutes later after I placed the order. I ask to go ahead and cancel it because I can't get a delivery date and I found the exact same item from your dealer and they gave me an exact delivery date. He said let me call the distribution center because your order has already been escalated, after a few minute on hold he came back and said we're sorry your order has already been processed. When you get the item please call us and we will cancel it and you can simply return it over $700.00 charged to my card. Two days later now, I get an email, that says that it shipped and sorry they cannot cancel it, simply return it again. Furthermore, the dealer call and said there order is delayed, know I had to buy a third Kohler sink to meet my deadline.
Very disappointed with there technology and customer service. I would not recommend them as a supplier nor will I buy their products ever again.

I had a Cape Dory White Kitchen Sink put in approx. 8 months ago. This sink yellowed on the bottom within 1 month. I was advised by Kohler to not use the sink mat I was using as that could be the problem. I purchased their sink rack for 80.00 which leaves marks on the corners of the sink. They advised me how to properly clean without damaging the enamel, which is not to use soft scrub or any abrasive cleaner. Due to a totally unacceptable sink that was brand new & yellow, Kohler replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, I could only get the same one due to the counter & sink hole size. The 2nd one is the same defective sink that yellows. A terrible experience & I would never purchase any of Kohler's Product's again. A brand new kitchen with 2 yellow sink bottoms
Brother was manipulated to buy walk-in tub for 29,000. Was NEVER told of shower pkg. He can't use tub. I've made 6 tries to get a call to help issue. Nobody has responded. My brother is paying a small fortune for something he can't use due to his disability yet not one Mgmt. KEVIN will not return call. They have poor service and don't care!

Went to local Kohler store for bathroom renovation. Found faucet we loved and built entire bathroom fixtures including vanity and shower around this faucet which we were told was in stock. That was 4 months ago. Were told faucet would arrive in Sept so went ahead with rest of multi - thousand $ renovation. Sept became Oct became Nov became Dec 6. Still no faucet and no explanation of when this $700+ faucet would actually arrive. Salesperson calls every month to Kohler but no answer. Had we known there was a problem we would have gone elsewhere.
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I scheduled an estimate for a power generator. Kohler sent ine of their contactors out to my home. The contractor came but never sent an estimate so I could gave the work done. I contacted Kohler and complained about their contactor but nothing was ever done. They are unreliable and unprofessional!

I have twice had to replace Kohler Shower doors as the finish peels of after just a couple of years. We remodeled a bathroom and thought we were investing in top-quality products by purchasing Kohler. About a year after they were installed, the finish began to bubble and peel off. We contacted Kohler, assuming we had simply received a faulty product. They replaced them, but a little over a year later, the new doors peeled in the same way. This time when I contacted the company, they said "the doors are only warrantied for one year -- so sorry." My much "cheaper" contractor-grade doors lasted 15 years before I replaced them. So much for Kohler quality.

KOHLËR $1000CDN+ tap does not work well if you have your hot water too hot...
I had my hot water at B and it was a bit too cold, not hot enough. I turned my hot water between B and C, (A being the cooler setting), and my $1000 dollar tap stopped working. I studied the problem and I found the reason. The ceramic cartridge part of the solenoïd is so cheap that when the water is too hot, the ceramic cartridge part becomes too hot inside, breaks down and stops functioning (cheap part). $125 CDN plus shipping in Canada at least or so... and now there is perhaps a shortage of that solenoïd K-******* SOLENOID VALVE ASSY on the market (I wonder why?). I contacted the KOHLËR engineering dept but they were not overlaid interested in resolving that matter. They knew I was right and sent me many solenoïds. I tried again to move my water to B/C and again the new solenoïd stopped. But this time I turned my water back down to B right away and the solenoïd was working again. I found that solenoïd is used everywhere in all their touchless taps. Don't look further, just keep your water setting a bit lower and your solenoïd will keep working. I know it is a defective part that they are using but they will not change it. They make a lot of money selling their solenoïds so as your plumber. $250CDN at least each time he comes and he would not know what causes that tap to stop and will probably charge you for a new assembly each time ( more like $400CDN anyway). Good luck.
PS: When it works right it is a fantastic faucet.

Firstly, the expensive Memoirs sink has several hairline cracks in it after just 2 years! Of course we can't replace it; we have to buy a different sink - but NEVER A KOHLER.
Secondly, the double door medicine cabinets are cheap and rusting. The hinges (all 4) are all rusting so much that you can't close one side of the medicine cabinet. Why are they not providing rust-free hinges for a medicine cabinet in a high-humidity area? It looks like the medicine cabinet shelves are showing rust also on their thin metal bottom shelf-we are shocked.
KOHLER used to be a good product, dependable quality. NOW, I will never ever ever buy a KOHLER anything again. AVOID THEM, because you'll regret it if you don't.
Packaged wrong and vague instructions resulting in drilling two holes in wrong location and needed repair to expensive shower and no concern for what happened. Kohler sales rep recommended calling customer care and customer care was a waste of time.

I bought Koehler for its lifetime warranty on parts. Sounds great but try and get replacement parts. I've been waiting for 8 weeks for an adapter for my shower faucet. I get lots of promise's but no results
We can not get a Kohler person to help service our generator. If I would have known there was this much trouble to get help after the purchase, I would not have gone with kohler.
I want to inform all of you that Kohler is not a good product in terms of usage and service.
We've had purchased WC of Kohler 3 months back and we are face issye from 1st day as it was installed it started giving us issues like sensor problems, water logging issues etc.
The major issues which we are facing is that the service from Kohler is very bad even after many reminders services were not given timley.
AND MAINTENCANCE IS ALSO ZERO FROM KOHLER

Their product is inferior. Items not delivered when promised. Lied about delivery date. Made me pay shipping to return items that arrived late. Can't beat Amazon for timely delivery and hassle free shipping for same product if you want to continue to purchase.
