I ordered some items from this company last year or Maybe before Christmas holidays and I never received the package but sure got a BILL from this company. If it was put on the porch at my door anyone could have got it. I am very disappointed and have been for over 1-2 years

I ordered a sweater coat from K. Jordan and it is perfectly beautiful. It looks just like it did in catalog. It fit a bit large so I had to return for smaller size. The new one arrived in about a week without additional charges. I was very pleased with item and customer service and would gladly buy from them again.

I love kjordan, everything is great, customer service is great, the merchandise is beautiful and true to size. I have never had a complaint about them. By the way, wonderful sales and on the season. Not like winter items in the summer. Im kjordas biggest fan.

My overalls were exactly as described and the size listed fit perfectly! They're just like they look in the picture in the ad and are very cute and sexy.

I was approved right away. My purchase exceeded my approved amount, but they still allowed me to get it. My order was made on 11/2, shipped 11/4 and arrived 11/6. I was very impressed with the amount time that the whole process took and even more impressed with my coat. I gained some weight and it's been hard for me to find a plus size coat, but kjordan made it possible. Thank you so much!. I love my coat. I ordered my coat size up 1 size, just to be safe, but I probably could have stuck with my original size. With that being said, don't order up, at least not with coats. Good job kjordan and shame on the rest of you that are saying bad things.

Bought a few Summer dresses I love them they fit perfectly and get many compliments on them from all age groups

I am always happy with my purchase and satisfied with the quality, the only complaint I have, is the shipping charges are way too high, other that that, I have no complaints. Customer service is also satisfactory

I love their styles and the quality is excellent. They make phone payment easy, not complicated. Never a problem with K. Jordan. Yes, they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Very stylish.

I've been purchasing from K. Jordan for almost a year and have 12 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, a puma sweatshirt with a hoodie but its like a nighty but warm so it's good for the winter. Everything I've bought is true to size and is nice quality and looks exactly like the picture in the catalog and on the site. They are sister companies with Masseys where I bought my winter boots sketchers and k-swiss sneakers that fit true to size. The stuff ships 7-10 days and never late. I seriously am shocked to see these reviews cause I don't have 1 bad thing to say about them cause i have gotten so much stuff and it's great stuff and not expensive at all. I'm ready to buy some more stuff right now. No joke.

I was greatly surprised how easy it was to establish an account, how quickly i received my entire order at once innstead of in pieces. And paid 25.00 sale price for most of my order. 5 lovely outfits.its nice to know that even on a fixed income, k. Jordan has made their clothing affordable for me. Evening wear, business attire, dressy casual they have it all! Yes, there are a few things out of my budget in the catalog but there was sooo much on sale that i got 5 outfits and credit to spare. I was surprised to read these bad reviews, I have had a Kjorden account for about a year, have ordered several times always gotten my items on time, sizes fit well, always looked just like the pictures and the quality was always good. I did have to call them once and was left on hold for about 5 minutes but the problem was resolved immediately and the customer service rep was great, Kjorden will continue to get my business

I ordered the skinny jeans and the fit was perfect, Also they were made to fit, top quality material and very nice color. I hope to buy more before they are gone!
