Can not download any of my videos since last Sunday. Kizoa is closing as of April 1,2024. I have been sending emails, message of FB, tried the toll free numbers and zero results. No one replied. Nothing is fixed. How can we backup our videos if the Download does not work. No customer service at all. Just disappeared. As a lifetime pro-member which I paid for this is just unacceptable. Terrible.

Since last year I haven't been able to use Kizoa. Numerous attempts to get the problem fixed through support failed.
I keep getting the message: "This content cannot be modified because it does not belong to you" when I want to delete images. Also, uploading doesn't always work.
I loved working with Kizoa, but now I'm really disappointed.

The program is very friendly, BUT
Ofter finishing my moovie i found out that when trying to see it by link or downloading the moovie- all the TEXT is gone.
I purchesed a liftime Primume membership - acourding to the site you need to be a Premume member to recive the costumer service support- with no reply from their behalf for over a month now. :(

I reported 2 weeks ago already that i can not cut my clips - the window stays grey! I can not send emails to you anymore - they are not deliverable! I paid for this program and i expect some service. And when you finally fix that problem? First was said next 3 days, now it´s 2 weeks and nothing happened. Your support email don´t work anymore and you also deleted it from menu!

I had a fine experience making movies here a few years ago, but then they tell you to pay if you ever want to see them again. It's been quite a while and judging from the reviews here I'm not even sure my movies, which I worked very hard to make, are still there.
The customer service seems very catered towards premium members only (and again, judging from reviews I'm not sure even they are satisfied either) so I just hope that someone can contact me to see if my videos still exist. The website tells me they do if I pay, but I don't have much trust in that.

Does not meet my needs to make a simple video, feels very cheap and is always glitching. The most frustrating thing is that you can't make a quality video on 480 p which is what's offered ( unless you want to 50$ for video in 600 p which is still only OK). Also, you have to pay to get the logo out of the video and title. I do like that I don't have to sign up or log in though. But still, I've seen other video editors that offer more and are better made.

I spent so much time and effort to make a movie as on the front page it shows u can create and download for free. But in the end u r forced to buy membership if u want the movie to be downloaded on your pc. Sharing of fb doesn't work as many user aren't able to view my movie. What is the use of creating it if i cant download it. SHOULD MENTION ON HOMEPAGE.

While most of Kizoa is free, and you can even download movies of up to 1 minute in length as a free user, certain features such as downloading longer movies or burning to DVD are part of our Premium memberships. I felt that the tutorials were not as great a help as I would have hoped. From one year to the next there was a difference on how I needed to accomplish what I wanted to do and there was not enough instruction to help. Also, I did not feel that the music choices were all that great.

I am not particularly happy with this software as it did not meet my expectations. It is not user-friendly and has a lot of other issues. I have abandoned Kizoa a long time ago and cannot even recollect my login details as I have moved over to better software.

I mad a wedding slideshow video for my parents 1 yr anniversary. Thought I could set music to it. Would not let me start the music at any point of the song, forced me to cut the music at the same point as the slide. There was pausing and skipping throughout the video whenever the slide changes. I spent the money because I wanted a quality video, but it forced me to pay since it was longer than 4 minutes.

Unfortunately I've spent the money to buy a product that I will never use again. Rather disappointing.

For the need to purchase a membership I expected just a little more. Graphics wise it was alright, serving its purpose just fine, but the finer details left much to be desired. I had so many issues with the music fading out properly despite the video ending when the music should. There was also glitches with transitions and the consistency of the volume. End video project was okay, but not a masterpiece by any means of imagination. Now that I have the membership I'll be using it, but might consider other programs for the audio function.

Use to love Kizoa, have been usiing it for years. Until last year, Like clockwork, Kizoa site has problems AGAIN. I am a pro member and I want to burn my movie to a DVD. Now all of a sudden there is no more option on the bottom. Either I am missing it or my eye don't see well but what happened to the BURN TO DVD option that use to be on the bottom. Your site is useless if your clients can not burn the movie to a DVD? Very upset about this. I had to bring a movie I made tonight and here we go again, like last year, same time it does not work properly.

I was looking for a nice free website to make a video of my holiday pictures. I checked several reviews of Kizoa and I understood I could make a simple video of 1GB. I have no idea how much 1 GB is so maybe that was a mistake. It took me hours to make the video as I am not so technical. Only when I tried to download it, I was notified that I could only make a 1 min video for free, otherwise I have to pay about £30. That's a bit too much for 1 video really so now I'm stuck with a video that I can only see as long as they keep offering the service/website, I guess. More honest info would be appreciated, like a reminder "your video is now longer then 1 min. To be able to share or download it, you will have to pay" or something like that. Even afterwards I checked several websites where Kizoa is advertised as a free service with many features etc. Most people however would want to make a video that is longer then 1 min so the "free" is misleading.

I paid for it, so I use it. What should take an hour or so sometimes takes 20 hours of editing.

Because it's browser based, once you have a few items in you various libraries, lag is an issue. Yes, even with Windows 10 Pro, 16Gb RAM, Ryzen 5 2600 high powered PC running it.

It has some really cool features, unique and exciting to use. Just make it so we are able to actually use them please.

I cannot see any photos or videos in my account or edit my video ongoing I have done everything I was told re clearing browsing data still nothing. I have paid over £70 becoming a Pro member and cannot even speak to a representative that membership is supposed to allow me.

I specifically set out to create a slideshow for my daughter's graduation using a specific song that is special to us. After hours I spent creating and editing, on the day I finally wanted to post it to FB imagine my disappointment to find out I had to pay at least $40 because I used my own music. That piece of information would have been very helpful weeks ago. Now I have hours invested in the project and she graduates this week, so I feel pressed to pay the $$ rather than investigate alternatives. The finished product is great and I am very pleased with all the available options for creating. But as son as I selected my own music, it would have been nice to be warned that I'd incur a charge at the end.

I used the Kizoa program to create a video for my daughter's high school graduation party for family and friends. The program itself worked fine and I was quite satisfied with the results I had produced, especially since I'm not terribly "techie"! My disappointment came when I went to download my dvd, only to find what had been marketed as a "free" way to create a keepsake, cost me upwards of $65 when you want to download it in any capacity. Ok, still not the end of the world, so I paid and moved on given the extensive amount of time I had already spent on it. When I went to play it on the dvd, the pictures scrolled thru much more quickly than on the computer, causing it be about 8 minutes, when it was originally 12-15. The problem being it was difficult to focus on the pictures since many of the collages scrolled by without pausing as they did on the computer. I called customer service and spoke to Victor (I think-something that started with a V) and was treated incredibly rudely and basically was told that it was my problem and when he downloaded it, it worked fine. He would barely let me finish a sentence... never can I remember being treated like this. When I asked for a refund, he again told me it was my error and I would not receive a refund! Very disappointed with the way I was treated.
