Do not order from kitchenNiche.ca. Customer service was absolutely terrible with almost absent responses. My shipment was delayed for two months with zero communication or update. When I asked about the status of the order, it was met with silence. When I asked for a refund I was ignored. Fortunately I paid through Paypal and I had to escalate my complaint before I finally received a refund 2.5months later. Don't waste your time ordering from this amateur potentially scammy fly by night store.
I can see I'm not the only one who has ordered a pasta maker from this jenky website and have had no response to why my order is a no-show. Misleading is an understatement. If you look up the location of the store it is out of a house in Calgary. It has been a month since I ordered my pasta machine and no response on where it is or why it hasn't shown up. I was trying to support local companies but this one is horrid. Stay away from them.

Ordered Mercto pasta maker in late March 2021. Didn't hear a word for a month so i contacted KitchenNiche. They said it would be delivered in May. It is now late June and again i have not heard from them. Terrible customer service. Companies like this should not be in existence.
No reputable company should accept an online order for a product they won't have in stock for six weeks, and to add insult to injury, CHARGE you for the item 6 weeks before they are able to ship it. My simple pasta roller order turned into a multi-month saga of misleading information, ignored emails and phone calls and wasted time.
Unlike Amazon or any other reputable company, Kitchen Niche will accept orders and bill you for things it doesn't have. The fact that the item is backordered is hidden in the body of the item description, so read the fine print carefully. After they take your money, they will send you an email confirmation, stating that they are "processing and packing" your order - kind of misleading when they didn't have the item in stock for 6 more weeks. Then came the fun of trying to follow up on the order - allow 3 days minimum for them to respond to an email, if at all. Ditto with phone calls. Just a nightmare from beginning to end. I finally got my wife's birthday gift 5 weeks after her birthday. It was a lesson for me to read reviews about a company before you purchase from them.

First of all, i did it on purpose to buy from a Canadian company. Let's say that I prefer paying 1$ more and buying from a local company than from amazon. The transaction was very smooth and the product arrived well and within 4 days, safe and professionally packaged. I would definitely buy from them again!
Second, I am looking at the negative reviews and they totally don't make sense. You don't have to pay with paypal to get your money back, all canadian credit cards offer disputes automatically. So when you don't receive a product you can simply call your bank/credit card and reverse the transaction. If you pay by a credit card, you can never get "duped" for your money!
I don't get it why people write FAKE negative reviews. This is a legitimate Canadian reseller company.
I recently ofered a few item from Kitchenniche.ca with a order # but did not receive any email confirmation of this purchase. I have send a quite few emails to Sanda but did not hear back from her at all. I was thinking this website is scamp and started to search around and just read so many similar case like mine. I need to call my credit card company to dispute this charge, It is very scary to purchase anything online on this kind of website. I will never order anything from here any more.
I ordered some thing on September 12 and on September 14 it was packing and processing. I needed this for a birthday gift on September 28. I I have called and sent several emails to someone name Sandra and to date she has not bothered to call me return my emails etc. Obviously she took my money almost $200 but has not bothered to answer my emails or calls as to where the item is. Do not bother buying from this company as their customer service is horrendous
Sold a product they did not have. After 5 attempts to contact them as to where my purchase is, almost 3 weeks later they claim that it will take another 6 weeks for product to arrive. Very poor service and misleading website. Never again will I purchase from them.
I have a Zyliss Wire Whisk. And liked it so much, I decided to get one for each one of my family members for their birthday gifts. I have been looking for a couple of years. Any kitchen supply stores and on the internet. I finally came across the Kitchen Niche in Canada. I ordered six Zyliss Wire Whisks and two other items. All of this totalled over $100.00. I didn't receive free shipping. And when the Zyliss Wire Whisks came. They were not what was pictured on the Kitchen Niche Website. And everyone in family agrees they suck! I did email Kitchen Niche. I never received a reply. Kitchen Niche is miss representing products, false claims to the free shipping and no real costumer service. Very disappointed.
On Mar. 28/21, I placed an order for 2 items. On Mar. 29, I received one of the items as a gift from my husband so I emailed Kitchen Niche & asked that they remove one of the items from my order because I no longer needed it. No response. I emailed again, no response. I telephoned but all I got was voice mail with no opportunity to leave a message. On Mar. 30, I emailed them 4 times & tried telephoning. Again just a voice message. By then I no longer wanted to deal with a company with such poor customer service so I emailed to cancel my entire order. In between my emails I received an email from them that they were processing & packing my order! I immediately emailed back to cancel my order. In total, since Mar. 29 I had emailed them 6 times. No response. On Apr. 1, I received an email from them saying that they had shipped the one item even though I had repeatedly asked for the entire order to be cancelled! It will be returned because I do not want to deal with this company.

I ordered a tagine in August for more than 200.00 and it is November and I still have not received it. I get many excuses and promises that it is in the mail. I opened a complaint with Paypal to get my money refunded but Kitchen niche does not respond to Paypal requests. Their prices are listed as a bit cheaper price but it isn't worth it for the aggravation-don't fall for it. They are scammers.
In June I ordered tongs. July I made contact. Sandra said there was a note saying it would be late. August, contact again. Sandra said to be patient. It is October. No product. I sent two emails. No response. I advised Kitchen Niche I was handing it over to my credit card company. WHICH I DID! Then Sandra responded saying no need to contact credit card company, they would return my funds upon request. TOO LATE! Credit Company is handling it.
I thought this was a great place to find kitchen items but I was wrong. I made an order on May 18 and then received an email May 19 saying my order was "Processing & Packing". I reached out May 29 saying my order hadn't shipped yet and someone named Sandra emailed me back saying new stock was coming in June. I said okay no problem at all. Then on June 24 I reached out again and stock was now expected in July 1st. Then item was expected to be in stock week of July 19. I've had enough and asked for my order to be cancelled and my card refunded. I should've known something was off when I was charged immediately (not a pre-authorization but an actual charge). Let's see if they will issue me my refund in a timely manner.
I ordered a classic old style hand operated egg beater for our daughter-in-law for Christmas, 2019. When it finally arrived, I was very disappointed to find that it did not live up to the description as it was flimsy, cheaply made and did not turn easily. I ended up giving our daughter-in-law mine because she really wanted one. My efforts to contact them via email on their website and numerous telephone calls have resulted in absolutely nothing.
I told them I'd really like to resolve this and a negative review was the last thing I wanted to do but they obviously do not care.
There has been NO RESPONSE whatsoever from the company. I'm out $36.00 and it would cost me $17.00 to return it.
Placed an order, waited a few weeks, sent multiple emails and left a voicemail; no response to any of them. I think this site must just be up to harvest credit card info - luckily I paid by Paypal, and was able to get my money back when (of course) the store didn't respond to my Paypal dispute.
Kitchenniche sent me 2 incorrect items and I tried contacting them several times to ask for either a refund or return to no avail. I would never buy from them again.

Update: After 8 weeks from ordering I had to contact my credit card to reverse the charges. (It takes 30 days to process) The website wouldn't return my money.
I ordered a coffee tamper on July 23,2018... by August 2 I had not received it so I sent two emails, called numerous time with no answer. I emailed the owner who did not respond. I finally got an email from staff telling me the tamper was now available and they were sending it to me asap. Today is September 3,2018 and I still have not received it! I emailed again and did not get a response. I will NEVER order from this place again. Very upset and frustrated.

It looks like you changed your shipping address after the order had already been processed. On June 11,2018, I placed an order for 3 small round butter dishes, and my credit card was charged that same day. Today is October 16th - 4 months later - and I STILL have not received these items. I've left multiple voice mails (no one EVER answers) and sent several emails to Sandra and Roman and received apologies and excuses..., but not the items I ordered. DO NOT order from this company!
Been 3 weeks and no product. Doesn't look good! Finally had to order from Amazon and got it in 3 days.
All around terrible experience. Ordered a tagine Dec 10, no response for over a week, then said shipped, only to receive email 2 days later saying item was damaged and never shipped. I have now had to open dispute with PayPal because seller will not communicate at all. Do not order from this site. My wife didn't get her Christmas present and this has been such a bad experience. Here is the dispute complaint sent to PayPal-I ordered this item December 10th. After waiting over a week and a few unanswered emails, I finally received a note it was shipping out, only to get another email 2 days later stating item was damaged and they would not get new ones until mid January. I at first said I would wait, but after not receiving any communication I have sent 2 emails asking for a full refund. No response has been received. I left many voicemails also. I want a full refund immediately.

I am sorry you feel this way. While we had indicated that Tagine would take longer to ship out due to it being backordered, it definitely took longer than we had hoped.
The Tagine was sent to you last week, as per your email conversation with customer service. We emailed you the Canada Post tracking number last week. Did you check your spam folder? It was emailed to you directly from Canada Post. I checked on the shipment and it looks like delivery was attempted on November 3rd. You should have a delivery notice card in your mailbox.
