Order was never picked and after waiting for vague answers multiple times after a month i got frustrated and wanted to cancel with a full refund. Guess what happened? They created a shipping label claiming my order was shipped that day so not only did i not get a refund like i asked but now it will be lost in the mail with no clear answer as to whether it was actually picked physically. I believe someone over there is trying to avoid answering their boss why they might be losing money so they do these shady business tactics to avoid getting questioned or fired. There are multiple reviews of this happening to other people. Don't shop here!

Terrible service, avoid
Terrible service, they advertised a signed bundle from one of my favourite bands, when it turned up to the uk it was missing the signed parts which was the only reason I purchased it, they just refunded me about 10% without warning me and didn't even offer a returns, so Iv payed about £70 for a lp I could have brought in the uk for £15, bunch of crooks, they should know when they have made a mistake and offer a full refund including payment for shipping both ways. I would strongly avoid these guys, I'm going to seek legal advise as I'm sure this is illegal
I purchased two t-shirts of the same size from this company and one fit ok and the other did not fit at all. I contacted them immediately and the response made me angry. I was told it's not their problem and that I could simply post it back. They are in Germany and I live in Australia. Postage would be very expensive especially considering I was not a fault. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs!
