I have purchased many things form Kingsbuying. It offers cheap electronics and various cool gadgets, including smartphones, tablet pc and so on. Very good product; well worth the money! Easy to use, great value and makes your driving/cell phone use very safe.

I cannot find what I bought from Kingsbuying but I'm very annoyed by the subsequent ceaseless sales emails I've been receiving from them. If you ever see Kingsbuying as a vendor I will avoid the sale unless you like SPAM in your inbox.

I baught a ZGPAX S5 1.54" Touch Screen Dual-Core Android Watchphone with free shipping, after more than 20 days, It arrived and it worked in good condition but the earphone did not work properly as there was no sound input from the left bar. I left the message to their customer service and sent a RMA ticket, in 3 days, i got a tracking number for a new set of earphone parcel delivery. That is really amazing service. I got many bad afterservice from online sites before and that is the first time to satisfy me.

Kingsbuying is by far the worst vendor I've dealt with... I ordered a SmartWatch from them and they sent the wrong color... it took them 5 days to reply... then they sent me an unpaid return label... when they were the ones who sent the wrong product... I felt like I was being forced to keep the watch that they sent... when it was clearly a mistake on their behalf... if you have any intentions of ordering any electronics or any other thing for that matter. Do not order from kingsbuying... They do not take pride in their business...

Although it's a new web for me, i found there are many new and attractive products which have better price than other websites. I am considering to buying something from this online store in the coming days

Horrible, Horrible company! I ordered a Tablet and paid for 3-5 days Express Delivery. Weeks later the status of item said pending. Per their website it said that as long as items are pending we could cancel our order. We sent numerous emails stating please cancel our order. They would not cancel the order. There is no one that you can talk to on a phone you just communicate via email. They ignored our request to cancel order. When the item was delivered we refused the shipment and sent it directly back without even having it delivered. This company refuses to return our money they told us that there was a national holiday that held up the delivery and some other strike that they could not deliver our item on time. They refuse to credit our money and say they will only give us money for the express mail charge. If you don't want to lose money or get Scammed go somewhere else!

I bought a smart phone from this site.It looks great and has a good performance. Hope it's long working life.

This is my first shopping on other website except the ebay, I like go shopping on the ebay, but so far I find this a new website, there are many interesting goods on it. You can buy a tablet from it. But Oh my God, it need more time, I order white one, but the finally give me the black one. I am so sad for the color. How I wish the white one.

I am relatively satisfied other than one incident where there was a problem with changing an address after they had shipped an item to the wrong person. Other than that I am satisfied. I have not heard if the order from 6-22-14 has been delivered yet, but I have no reason to doubt that it will arrive in good condition.

I bought a tablet K7A-14 from this site, not satisfied with the delivery. But to be honest, their service is great. And the quality is to my surprise. Nice trying!
