The sparklers were incredibly fun! Everyone loved them. It's definitely something that will turn any birthday into a fun party!

We purchased a plastic champagne dispenser but it didn't fit reached out twice to return but no response - very unethical and would not recommend

I ordered the sparkle for my birthday party and it was the highlight of the day. Everyone kept asking where I bought it from and I happily referred it to them.

I contacted the support phone number to verify the electric hookah pictured was the genuine one sold in France (C2 vs O2 label causes confusion and the price here was unbeatable). The representative was friendly and helpful and delivery was speedy. Thank you King of Sparklers.

They were very helpful answering questions via online chat - i was able to make my buying decision in under 5 minutes thanks to their excellent customer service!

The quality of these were absolutely horrible. The silver paper was peeling off and bubbling on the sides. They look extremely cheap. Horrible quality and I'm upset they were so expensive. If not for the ridiculous restocking fee, these would absolutely be returned. I am very disappointed and upset. Will be telling all my bride friends not to order this horrible product. I should have shopped with your competitor. You should be embarrassed.

i bought 4 of these already, 2 of them the charging ports fell out of, the 3rd one quit charging and the last one is still working. i bought them about 2 months ago. i dont have much of an option since the sparklers with flames is not allowed in my city, this appears like it will be problem on the quality but i have no options other that this

As relayed in earlier message, King of Sparklers has always been great to us in terms of purchasing and delivery. We have been a loyal costumer and will continue to be. I wish you had the 5 inch however I understand that you cant import them anymore. The 6 inch is still great just last a very long time. Sometimes we get some faulty sparklers or sometimes the sparklers may take long to light and then shoot out quickly but overall for the most part most light up well.

I ordered dessert sparklers from this company and upon receiving I see that they are not food safe or for indoor use. I reached out via email to info@ and thought they sent me the wrong ones. My first email was June 2nd - no reply. I reached out again June 7th. No reply. I had my general manager cc'd in the email and on June 13th he replied in the email if I had any luck in getting in contact with someone. I told him I'd call them. Upon calling them no answer. Today I received a phone call from a Luciana and told her that I ordered DESSERT sparklers and the ones I received are not food safe nor are they for indoor use. She then told me that thats what they use. All of Miami uses them. I asked her, "so you are telling me that you are selling sparklers that are not safe for indoor use AND not safe for food to people who are using them inside and on food?" she very nonchalantly said yes. I was blown away. I told her that in California we cannot do that - its a health code violation and against the law to use unsafe product on food. She said OK I'll issue you a refund. Thanks for the refund but it does not sit well with me that this company is distributing and advertising dessert sparklers when they are in fact NOT for food. Thankfully she called on a recorded line and I will report this.

Easy but the estimated delivery time was off by 6 days which, really hindered my Labor Day weekend events.

I had trouble ordering 288 sparklers online. However, jeremy, walk me through the process, and it turned out to be incredibly easy!!

Please give Jeremy a "Gold star".........,but forget about the sparkler because I think he seen enough of those LOL

on checking out I was told UPS would be shipping for $11.95. But it was shipped first class USPS. Not even priority mail. I feel I was waaaaay overcharged for shipping being well away my package was around $4. to ship and there was no 'packaging'. Also we have problems with getting our packages via USPS and it took 2 postal people who kindly went out of their way to make sure we received these sparklers in time. I placed the order because I could choose UPS shipping!!! The boxes came crushed :(
I contacted king of sparklers and never received a response. I will buy from another company from now on. Customer service goes a long way, but the silence, avoidance only confirms the sketchiness of this company.

Less one star. I have to know how the end result will be once I receive my product. The ordering and checkout is great!

can't wait to receive. I was not sure about the quantity, it could be just a bit more explanatory on the amount one means (48) per packet I am assuming

You should have a rapid reorder option on your website. Also, add sparkler length to all items. Some are missing... Rest is great.

I have tried to email the customer service email about a return twice now and no one has reached out to me. I emailed at the time that I placed the order, saying I ordered the wrong item and would like to cancel my order and then again after I received my order saying I would like to start a return as I don't need the item and I have not even opened the package. No one has returned my email.
