My name is Bill. I am using their service to reduce ping when playing online games with foreigners players. I have good experience with their service and their customer support service is much better at anytime.
I subscribed for this app looking for a solution for my high ping issue living in Asia and playing in America servers, this app definitely did not work for me. Now my ping is even higher. I tried to reach the customer service many and many times... Online chat, emails, everything... NO answer since the third day using it. I can not cancel nor ask for a refund. The time is passing and it is about to reach the 15 days for a full refund. No one answer me! I sent one email per day and nothing... They simply dont care. How am I going to cancel my subscription? Looking forward for a solution.

Do not waste your time and money trying it. They promise a service which is not offered after signing it.
Also, you can not cancel your subscription which is going to be renewed AUTOMATICALLY every 2 years.

THEY ARE A LITERAL SCAM COMPANY WHO HAS ONLY BEEN FOUND OUT TO BE THIS YEAR... THEIR SITE HASNT WORKED SINCE. SEE FOR YOURSELF TRY AND CLICK ANYTHING ITS BEEN LIKE THAT SINCE THEY GOT CAUGHT.
Used this in Australia - doesn't provide any benefit. Don't buy or believe their lies. They won't give you a refund when you ask for this, even if you provide them with their own software statistics
