When googling you will find a lot of firms offering apartments in Kyiv. Choose this one. They are very responsive and will answer all of your questions about the apartment before you visit while never making you feel you are bothering them. The apartments are accurately represented in photos and descriptions. You will never be surprised by an apartment "suddenly" becoming unavailable. Their prices are extremely reasonable and all the apartments I have staying in were in amazing locations. I think most important is their high level of service. They meet you at the apartment and walk through everything from how to turn on the a/c to how to operate the TV. They are extremely responsive to questions and problems. If you can't make the TV work, they send someone over. If you need a light bulb installed in the hallway, they send someone right over. Their employees are professional and responsive. They make finding apartments in Kyiv easy and I use them for all my stays and for my clients. I wish they were in other cities!
