For a short while afterward, the warehouse staff incorrectly assumed that they could just send E915s in place of E910s. While the new model is very similar (except for the shape of the lock body and internal parts which have been upgraded), the price increase was significant. Otherwise, this replacement would have been fine, as we usually allow upgrades like this at no charge. However, in this case, the price increase was just too much. So, the only thing we can do now is cancel your order and issue you a refund of the full amount you paid, including shipping. We will do this shortly and send you an email confirmation. The piece I ordered did not come ready to install, there was some slight modification I needed to do to make the latch handle fit in the steel box. Luckily I have the means to do so, but not everyone might. Also, the screws supplied with the steel box were the wrong thread pitch. Specifically, they were the kind of screws that go into a wooden door, not the steel lock box. I had to get new screws from the hardware store to make everything work right. Good product, but some assembly still required (more than advertised).
Great lock, heavy duty. Would give 5 stars but instructions were terrible. Directions need to be changed or simplified. Reached out to customer service and they helped.

The service was quick and the extra tumblers worked great. My only gripe is what I consider absorbent shipping/handling for what are nothing more than tiny little pieces of metal in an envelope. The tumblers were only $16 but the shipping was almost as much at $13 and arrived via USPS in a small envelope that couldn't possibly cost any more than a dollar to ship. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the tumblers anywhere else so I was left with little to no choice.

Directions that came with product was lacking in some pertinent details drill bit size for mullion anchors.
I had taken pictures of the broken part and emailed them in hoping for some guidance in ordering the correct part. Help was not all I hoped it would be. I had read that the locks were guaranteed and that the parts they sold were guaranteed. Apparently neither of those statements is true. The guy I emailed with, while semi guiding me to the place to order parts, still left me wondering if I had ordered the correct one. I didn't have any happy feelings after emailing with him.
The package was received very promptly, however, we did not receive all the parts. Once we searched our maintenance shop, we were able to substitute some washers and it has been working great.
We looked for specific individual parts but these are not available as the manufacturer's franchisee does not stock them. The "Manufacturer's Manufacturer's "Lifetime Warranty" is without real meaning - the manufacturer is in Asia and there is a North American franchise/distributor. We experienced hardware problems and our endeavours to invoke the warranty induced denials by the North American supplier. Replacement parts were shipped by UPS's top service on Thursday, package arrived at crack of dawn Friday. UPS Canada intimated delivery by 16:00 Friday. No delivery. UPS assured delivery by 10:00 Monday. Package delivered Monday afternoon. UPS USA excuses late delivery on COVID-19 but actual delays resultant of confused operations by UPS Canada. Ontario has counter COVID-19 plans in place and delivery systems are running much as usual.

The online store worked exactly as expected. Easy to navigate, easy to identify the lock we needed for our application. The shipment was prompt and arrived on the date we were told.
The lock itself is high quality. However, the instructions were not very helpful. Parts were not easily identified and were grouped in bags that had nothing to do with each other. Extra parts were included without explanation. Our lock is a double keypad, but the instructions given were clearly for a single keypad.
The instructions say in bright red letters that helpful tips were available on the lockeyusa website, but the only thing available on the site were the pdf files for the instructions that were shipped with the lock. I had to find a youtube video from an unrelated individual to explain how to change the combination. Installation turned out to be easy but only after I figured it out for myself without much help from the instructions.

Really helpful people at this business; no complaints. 4 stars instead of 5 only for the 15% restocking fee, which seems both unnecessary and usurious. In this case, my fee was 3x even what the shipping was for this item.
Works good, wish it was alittle bigger. We have a 2 3/4" thick door and this was the best we could do for the money.
Purchased my 2835 locks in 2014 for my office. Needed to get info on how to change the combination. Sara, who was ever so helpful, found my four year old order right away - emailed instructions and directed me to Youtube to get more info. She made the whole experience pleasant. I would totally recommend them and their locks. My locks are still going strong!
Contacted the Keyless Lock Store because we were having problems with our keyless entry. As it turned out we did not get our keyless entry from them, but they could not have been more helpful. They took the time to try and help us with our problem and we thank them for that.

When I made my order, I was concerned about the shipping charges and had left a statement on the order form about it, thinking that it probably would not go anywhere, because I've done this before in the past with other orders made to various other internet vendors. But to my surprise, that same lady called me back wanting to rectify what I wrote on the notes column. After she explained the reason behind the shipment charges, it made since to me. This is a review of the 2835DC. The lock has a weight and heft that go along with its high quality. It is easy to change the code, operates well and inspires confidence.
We purchased it for a community garden gate, being tired of the inexpensive combination lock and chain. Overall, the installation went well - be sure the support pin engages the latch which may be a problem if your door is wider than normal or if the latch has to be mounted off-center in the edge of the door. The support pin may be moved to the inside body if needed (instructions do not cover this.) Also, the Phillips head screws should be replaced with security-type screws for added insurance if the area is breached and intruders have access to the inside.
