Debited my acct 149.95,34.98,1.99 and refused to cancel the order minutes after the order was placed. After 20 days, I received a small pkg with a cleanse that I didn't order, but the receipt in the small pkg showed 6 bottles. Called and they told me to contact the post office because they placed 5 bottles in this small bag. 3 calls and each rep has promised a refund and I still don't have my money.

Please. Take note. I ordered one bottle of pills from this company for £23.00 sterling. They charged my bank account just under £150.00 sterling. I tried to cancel in under 3 minutes of order but they said they couldn't because order was in process of shipping. I contacted my bank to stop payment, but they couldn't but told me that I wasn't the only person who had this problem. I have sent this company over 40 e. Mails and they refuse to refund me until they have goods back in their hands. The mail attempted to deliver to me yesterday but I was out and they left a card. The card said if I wanted this package I would have to pay a further £22.75 sterling for customs charges and VAT in the UK. I have since spoken to Mail office and they are returning it through the border controls. The company now only cheat people out of their money but nowhere in their advert does it say there will be customs and responsibility for vat in the recipients country. Then they say that when the package is received, you can return it if not entirely satisfied. They say that the instructions for return delivery are contained within the package, which means you have to accept it and open it. That then means you have to repack it, put a new label on it (if there is in fact one) and pay to return it to the sender. Here then is another 30 to 40 pounds sterling. I have mailed the FDC, I have also mailed a man called Peter at Dragons Den as they used his name on the advert that I ordered from (they have since changed the web page). My bank said if I go back to them after 15 days they will see what can be done. I did get 25 percent refunded to my bank account, only because I complain to them every day and I have informed them that I am taking this all the way. They are probably fed up with me. Each mail of course comes from a person with a different name. You never get a mail from the same person twice, giving the image that it is a huge organisation. At first they wouldn't give me their address. When they did, they gave me ******* E 45th Avenue, Unit c, Denver, Colarado *******. It belongs to a company that picks, packs and sends off for delivery. I also contacted them but they only do what they do and I believe they are a perfectly legitimate company. So if this information helps anyone who is thinking of buying this product, then I am glad.
