Fantastic Program
January 11, 2022

I have used several different programs over the years, all of which I failed with. This plan is the only one that Ive lost over 22.26kilos. 3 years on and Ive still maintained the losses. This plan includes a physical diet plan & a mindset plan. Both work together to form a very easy to follow plan. Anyone who says they haven't kept the weight off just hasn't done the mindset work. Its key to your success. After all you sign up for a plan to lose your weight, not for someone else to lose it for you. Yes, there are days where its difficult, but all diets are like like that. You just need to have the grit and determination and the self worth to put in the effort. If you do then the plan will be a success. You get out what you put in!

All plans I've come across have upsells & coaches. All the other reviews that give negatives points towards this are just trying to find fault. At the end of the day you are in control of what you buy, there is no compulsory sales other than the original plan of course. There are offers, but hey this is a business and all businesses offer their clients other services. You get to choose what you spend your money on or don't if you don't want to. Thousands of women have been through this program and succeeded the same as I have. Lots of members have confirmed they have come off medication (with Drs consent) and its really helped with lots of medical conditions.

The team are fantastic, always willing to help where they can. Debs health team are awesome, you have access to a naturopath, nutritionist, mindset coach & an amazing chef. They give awesome lives videos in the facebook group on a regular basis along with Deborah herself. You do need to make sure you are up to date on how to use facebook. There are lots & lots of self help guides, recipes, health articles & much more that is there for each member to use.

There have been previous issues with billing but nothing that hasn't been sorted out with kindness from the team.

In review all I will say is DONT let negative reviews put you off this plan. Most people that review negatively just arnt ready to commit. This is a common theme that is found in all weightloss groups!

If you want a program that will work, this is the one for you. You just have to be prepared to put in the hard work. After all this is YOUR weight loss journey & no one else's. If you are prepared to engage fully, do the mindset work you will succeed with this plan!

Basic keto programme. Limited support unless you pay another $500 and lots of upsell
December 15, 2021

I joined last year and initially was quite pleased with the programme.

It does works but so does any keto plan.

The upsell of recipe books and plans etc is awful. They are not worth it at all and all of them can be found inside the group for free.

You do get some great recipes from the resident chef on the programme. Her stuff is great (Deborah's own stuff less so) but you would be better following her website separately.

The issue here is that the support team are not at all knowledgeable and in order to get sensible answers you have to Google.

Many of the answers offered are cut and paste. It is as though they have a manual that they all copy answers from.

Recently half the support team have left and have not been replaced. The group is dead and lots of questions are unanswered.

There's also a huge amount of censorship and negative comments are just deleted and people are muted.

Half of the support team are also enrolled in a kind of pyramid scheme whereby they have paid to become coaches and are now scouting the group looking for vulnerable members who may wish to pay extra for 1:2: 1 support… however the support offered is just from these coaches who paid for their ‘qualification' and are reading from the same materials available to you as a member.

It's all a big money grab and a bit of a shame.

There's no doubt at all that the plan works if you follow it, and it's heathy, wholefood and sustainable, however you are bombarded by sales messages.

Deborah herself promises that you will see her live every week but you don't. Her lives are never live and she pretends to read comments. Many of the lives are also old videos that her team edit. In fact I remember one where they had to edit out a date and every time they replay it they say that the signal was bad so it glitches, but it's actually bad editing. One of the ex team told me that they were joking about this in their back room chat.

The support team are a mixed bunch. Some have lost lots of weight. Some only a little. There are some big claims by members who don't ever show any recent photos and so I suspect they are either made up people or they have regained the weight and are just admins because it's their job.

They often contradict one another's advice and god help you if you ask a question that isn't in their manual.

The 30 day programme is not a bad price if you are Willing to accept limited support from moderators who are just reading from a manual - many of whom have not actually lost much weight themselves.

Don't purchase the ‘lifetime' offer. It really is not worth the price.

Deborah herself is not interested in either product but treats the group as a sales funnel for her coaches, who then do all the sales work and have to pay her most of the money they get from the member. For Deborah these groups are residual income. Old material that she never updates but a constant flow of cash so she can buy a new car and tell everyone about the new house she is building.

Deborah pitches the TKS programme as being the only diet you will ever need and that the mindset is the real point of difference, but since she launched the coaching programme she has started suggesting otherwise.

Now apparently you need a coach because you will regain the weight if you try to go it alone. In fat respect it's the same as any other diet out there. I guess if you are willing to pay $200 to join TKS and a further $500 to connect to a well meaning ‘coach' in order to get the accountability then go for it.

I wonder what happens after your 8 week coaching programme? I suspect that the weight comes back and you need to pay another $500 to keep the support that you now feel dependent on.

And please don't get sucked in by the promise of making money as a coach. They have to pay thousands of dollars for the course, then continue to pay for a ‘licence' to allow them to sell the product. I have spoke to several of them and they are all embarrassed that they were taken in by it, but with a $15k credit card debt they have no choice but to stay and attempt to recoup some money.

They don't get the $500 … far from it.

Finally. She's just about to launch her own brand of food. It's another brand that she is relabeling and reselling with a massive mark up.

In short. Get a book, join a FB keto group, but good quality coconut oil from the health food shop and save your money.

Deborah is pitching herself as an expert in everything from Keto to sex and relationships and she has zero qualifications or credibility in any of those areas.

I'm well over 100lbs down. The plan works but it's keto and you absolutely have to stick to it. If you follow the mindset in the 30 days programme and then branch out to other self reflection work that's available for free all over the internet then you will
Succeed too.

Tip for consumers:

Don’t get sucked in to Deborah’s world. She’s a great sales woman and she’s laughing at you

Misleading, refusal of refund.
July 28, 2019

I signed up after watching the sales pitch of Debra, saying that most of the food on her lists would be everyday food I have in my cubard. (Not true) And what a great Facebook group for support through challenge, (Not true) also on the add it showed a book full of recipes and meal plans. (Which you don't get a book) Also said you will get a tracker to put ur progress down on etc. But reality is you have to down load the info and print it off so using your own paper, ink, also the tracker is just a glorified spread sheet that's not android phone friendly you need a lap top or computer. The Face book group works when Facebook is not playing up or the group, I had issues posting comments, and after seeing the strict unrealistic food list with a number of foods I don't like, it left me with very little choice to eat over 30 days. So for me to take part I'd be limiting myself to a very boring diet of salad and meat or veggies and meat no snacks no drinks other that green tea or water how can anyone stick to that, and if you fail to stick to it you fall out of ketosis and fail. Also I worked it out and basicly by restricting the diet your eating under 1000 kcal perday so of course you will loose weight. But you will suffer constipation and or diarrhea for the duration. If you can stick to everything listed you may be less likely to have bad diarrhea but as humans we have tastes and not all the same, so my point is it's unrealistic. So I decided I did not fancy doing it as it was not clear it was keto style upon signing up and I'd not started the challenge which was 1st August, I was told I would not be allowed a refund unless I took part and prove it didn't work. Trying to force me to do something, so I could get a refund. I'm not saying someone would not loose weight on this of course you will If YOU CAN EAT the very limited food list and STICK to it. But you will pile it back on after the challenge as its unrealistic to change habits of a life time in just 30 days, so what's the point. The food list sent out upon purchase had to be changed apparently according to the face book group. As the food list had things missing or not right on it or something. I've still not had the revised version.
Im loosing weight and keeping it off by fasting and eating low Carb meals that I enjoy that's not so restricted. So I don't need to restrict myself stupid to loose weight just to put it back on. I just don't agree that the sales pitch given is what you get upon purchase its false advertising. I'm not alone in feeling this the fb group has many ladies stating the same once they realise what they have signed up for. They they are told by Debra's admin support group assistants that they are just overwhelmed and to "give it a go", as they will not get a "refund". So if you like being told you have no rights and that basicly your stupid cause you had been told all this on sign up and that it's perfectly clear before you paid what this challenge is, (but it's not clear) then go ahead find out for ur self.
