I took metal detectors for the first time. I decided to take on the advice of friends on this site. We arrived on time, everything is in order. The quality is also normal.
I worked for Kellyco for several years. They try to promote that they're a family company. They are more like a corporation. There are lots of misrepresentation. First, the pictures of the warehouse, is from many many years ago. They have very few detectors at their location and contract with another company to ship most all of their items. Kellyco Says they certified experts that sells their products. They are not certified by anyone. As a matter of fact, most people that work there don't metal detect at all and don't know the basics of metal detecting. On several occasions when certain employees were invited by the manufacture to learn about their products, the employees passed on showing up. There is now the new owners but again there's misrepresentation, because most of the upper management is still there and in place and the owners do little to improve or change anything. The puppet master, John Parrish hides in his office and rarely interacts with anyone other than a few. Mark Slimensky does all of his bidding and doesn't remember what he says and I don't think he knows what's the word, "truth", means. Daniel Carboniel says he's an honest guy but then doesn't back it up as John Parrish Controls him. They do what it takes just to stay within the letter of the law. Many times customers complained because they never received their product and I eventually found out why. Because they didn't pay their bills with the manufacturers and the manufactures wouldn't send it to the customer. Kellyco would say that it's a shipping error which was totally untrue. Refunds to customers would take forever and would only refund the customers money when the customer called in and complained multiple times. Many of their testimonials are from customers years and years ago. Is Kellyco a honest company? No

For a small 4-5 ounce electrical wire adapter cable in an envelope (NOT BOX) going from Winter Springs area to Sebastian (an hours drive) for $11.00 is close to DOUBLE what I think is right.
Sometimes maybe in these INEQUALITIES when dealing with a repeat customer and getting $50.00 for a headphone ADAPTER... NOT HEADPHONES... just a cord... maybe to keep us old timers happy... you could make a little note in the box and say...
"We thought ELEVEN DOLLARS to Sebastian was a little rediculous. (but that was our actual shipping cost to us)... WE HAVE CREDITED YOU BACK $3.00 SEEING YOU ARE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!

Prompt service. Little disappointed with all the unexpected "extra" costs like shipping and the customs and duty which kind of soured this purchase a little. None of my other US purchases (all over $100) ended up like this. May look elsewhere for the future - just too much plus, plus with Kellyco. Advice to Kellyco - tell your Canadian customers up front about this stuff.
Did not receive some parts to my order. Will be calling customer service tomorrow. Hopefully they can help me.

After 5 phone calls and several emails regarding billing and shipping you still managed to mess up the shipping information. The delivery address was confirmed, reconfirmed and reconfirmed again over several days. Now I have a 6 hour round trip to go and collect. Slack..

Sku number for everthing. Did not offer to look up what I needed. Made the offer oh his number after I had all the sku numbers. I went back to the web site and made a stab in the dark that my order would be correct. Steve I did not call just to get your phone number.
Unfortunately I have a female 5 pin adapter and the one you have sent me is a 6-pin male so I'm really upset lol. Can you advise me on what adapter to buy or do I send the coil back to you
Order was placed and shipped quickly however order was not fulfilled. Only 2 out of 3 items ordered and paid for were received. Called customer service and weren't really helpful. Told me the shirt was backordered and will ship when it comes in. Why was it available online to purchase If it wasn't in stock we would not have purchased it. Hopefully it's here in time for christmas for my father!
Unit did not work until I cleaned the battery contacts. Usually, batteries are not installed. The electronics housing is not sealed from the environment. We live near the ocean, I don't thing this unit will last long at all.
