Relatively easy to search. Some items did not come up through exact search, but overall decent experience. I wish there were coupon codes avail, discount for someone who's sold a bunch of stuff to your SoCal buyer in the past or discount for multiple items in one order. I feel like I spent more than I should have for each item, tax and shipping.

I wish the actual product was displayed, but I fully understand how time consuming that would be and would certainly add to the cost. FWIW, the photos showed at least 2 versions of this lens.

Also, I entered a coupon for 12% off, but for unknown reasons the checkout didn't accept it. A 10% off coupon did work apparently.

I like how there were lots of filter options when browsing. It made it easier to find what I wanted. I do wish there was more information about the cameras themselves like what's advanced and what's better for beginners. This is a gift for my boyfriend who wants to experiment with photography so I looked online at several sites to look at the details of the cameras within my price range and in good condition.

I hate reading reviews where the writer indicates five stars but have not used the product. For that reason alone I am giving four stars keeping in mind this is only my initial review as I have not had an opportunity to actually use this lens. Hopefully there will be an option to follow up after I put it through its paces and add a star. Buying process was straightforward, lenses received in as described condition although shipper crushed one corner of the box, lenses were well packed and protected. All accessories listed in the product description were included. High confidence in the KEH grading system as these lenses looked new cosmetically. Basic functionality of lenses is as they should be. Again, I still have yet to put through their paces however I have a good feeling I will not be disappointed. First time dealing with KEH but anticipate looking to them for future needs.

The only thing I didn't like (in an otherwise very good experience) was that I had no way to anticipate when my package would arrive. I got notification of shipping, but no estimate of arrival time. Especially during this current crisis - when so many packages are being stolen after delivery - I like to keep up to date on when my orders are going to arrive. Thanks.

Lens came quickly, wS well packed, I good condition. Copy said it incleded a lens filter, none found. $14 at Amazon solved that. Not worth making an issue of for me.

Searching for, finding, and purchasing my item went wonderfully well. I found the selection to be top notch and the lens I ended up receiving is wonderful. The only complaint is that I made a specific request in the "notes" section of my order that provided my front door code and the instructions to leave the package by my apartment unit door INSIDE the building. The package was left outside on the sidewalk. Fortunately, I received an immediate update that it had been delivered, so I was able to quickly retrieve my package sitting on the steps outdoors.

The SCA 3402 arrived mere hours after receiving a reply from KEH in response to my customer service inquiry. I realize that the virus has all businesses operating in minimal mode. But KEH has been slower than others during this pandemic. It took five days for this small part to get from Smyrna to Newnan, a distance of about 50 miles. It came FedEX and had to be signed for, and I'll never figure that one out!

It's great that you have such a wide variety of gear. 
But sometimes it is hard to compare apples to oranges. I wish I knew a range of time when a product was made -- not even a particular year, just the production run. "The 50mm ZHX-YHM was manufactured from 1998 to 2009."  At least then I would know if I were comparing a recent product with something 50 years old.

Great store, although your prices, compared to ebay, became higher than 10-15 y ago. Website is hard to navigate despite the detailed search criteria. For example, if I rank accessories by price and then buy one and return to the list, it defaults to relevance again. Clicking, reloading etc - unnecessary waste of time. Also, the link to reset the password never arrived

Even though I got ugly graded lenses they are still in great shape and give beautiful photos and perform beautifully

Great pricing, only reduced a star due to the fact that there is no free shipping (keep in mind I am from Canada) even when placing a large order.

As soon as I opened the packaging I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the camera until I went to put on a new 24-70mm I bought previously. As I'm taking off the cap I see a lone fingerprint just chilling on the sensor and I let out giggle before grabbing my cleaning supplies to remove it. I guess that's my only complaint—would have been nice if that was cleansed before it was shipped but otherwise 9/10. Also the charging cables were not the original Sony ones so usb streaming at over 720p was not possible with the provided usb-c to usb-a.

I love KEH and I have purchased really awesome gear from you in the past. My recent purchase was for an As-Is lens. The site doesn't specify whats wrong with As-Is equipment so it is always a gamble. I didn't fare well this time the lens had a HUGE spot of fungus in the elements but was otherwise excellent. In hindsight I wish it had been cheaper for something suffering such a problem. That's the gamble you take though with AS-IS items. I still love KEH and will continue to shop there

Overall I was very happy with my purchase at Keh, the products I purchased were better than described and were excellent value, they shipped quickly and were excellently shipped in good packaging so as not to get damaged during shipment. My only gripe is the cost of shipping I feel it is on the high side, having said that given my overall happy experience I would buy from Keh again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase used equipment.

Purchased a top notch Nikon FM-10 for my son to use at college for his studio art degree. The quality was above what i expected, so a good decision to purchase this one.

Product arrived quickly and was packed well. For the price of the lens I would have expected a little better quality but it is what it is in a used market. Lens barrel has a wobble to it that wasn't listed on the sale page. This isn't the typical semi wobble that some lenses will get. This is more pronounced and the lens isn't known for having any wobble. I'm goin to have to have it serviced at there's probably some loose screws in the barrel.

I like KEH, and I'm glad I discovered you. The ONLY reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that the gear in my cart kept 'timing out' ie getting removed from the cart while I was shopping. This necessitated continually putting it back. If you fixed this, it would be great! Thanks

KEH is the BEST company for buying used camera equipment period. I placed an order and when I received it the cameras light meter was always reading overexposed, regardless of ASA, shutter speed, or aperture. I contacted KEH and they immediately offered to send me a shipping label and apply the value to another item. That's great customer service.
