I've heard wonders about KEH Camera from many sources, mostly from youtube.
But since I live in Asia (Singapore) I knew that shipping cost would be the only thing stopping me from ordering from your site.

One day I saw that you guys had two essential items that I needed to finish my current set-up, and I decided to order.
When the order finally arrived I was ecstatic at first, but slowly it turned to disappointment and later frustration.
First of all, the item wasn't as shown on the listing. I don't think you guys warn that it was just a stock photo placeholder. (small issue as long as the item still worked but didn't)
Second, despite the quality labeled Excellent, it was As it is at best, my item was damaged. (Leica Adapter that was chipped, not being able to read frame lines)
And last of all, the item was stuck to my lens, which I had to get professionally removed at great financial cost.

But I was pleased with the other item, which was how I initially thought it'll be.
If the entire order went smoothly I would have ordered again. But now I'm not so sure.

So far the customer service people have been somewhat helpful over email, but they do feel like pre-programmed responses and not actual people behind the keyboard, which feels quite frustrating.

To finish off this review, I love what you guys do and I wish my experience would have been better,
I hope my next purchase would be a much better experience.

Your shopping cart disappears WAY too fast. Let me spend a little bit of time deciding.... I had to select the same products on 3 different occasions because the cart would just appear empty

Great experience, the only thing that disappointed me was the way they packed each item (camera body, charger, 2 lenses), just using bubble wrap like a random guy would. Not really professional on that side. Even though it is used equipment, they could have invested in more adequate ways to package their products.

Your website shipping and billing addresses make it very difficult for a person in a rural area who only receives mail through a post office box. I would suggest that you edit the software such that it acknowledges po box numbers more easily. It is much simpler to order on ebay from KEH than it is directly on your site.

Although I hear good comments about KEH, but If I could see photos of my items, I would buy all my used gear here. I live outside the USA, so returning items is an expensive and lengthy process.

It would be great if during check out we could get a view of how long it should take for the item to be delivered.

Used to be a real fan of KEH. My last few experiences with their website have been poor. Tonight a VERY ANNOYING "flash" message kept popping up over and over and over and over and over..... The last few times that I've tried to place an order the total amount during checkout would increase drastically and I refused to continue the ordering process. This has happened using more than one computer and using both Firefox and Chrome browsers. I'm beginning to question if I'll continue to shop KEH

But it arrived broken. It does not appear to affect the functionality, but total bummer! Description said bent filter ring. I'm sure it got broken in transit.

I find it difficult to find the thing I'm interested in by "browsing".  Navigating never seems very intuitive.  If I search instead of browse, I'll get there, but often there's a lot of irrelevant stuff to sort through.

Your order fillers screwed up by sending a Nikon battery for a Canon point and shoot camera. I called about the problem so the correct battery is in transit.

Unit was purchased at a "bargain" rate, which was still excessive given, but was dirty and was pretty beat up (chipped paint, dented) and has a scratched mirror inside camera body as well as scratched up glass in the prism viewfinder. Not sure I would buy through KEH again unless it was in Like New condition. In future, I'd much rather purchase a camera in person, the old fashioned way.

This is my first time buying from you. I'm always a little nervous shopping on line with a new retailer. I heard about you from a young woman photographer on line, and my son's friend just sang your praises. (A house full of photographers and videographers). So, I chose you over B&H. I hope your product is as awesome as they say. I'm very excited.

I ordered a dx lens in error and realized it seconds after placing the order. There was no way to cancel so I called first thing Monday morning and they said it already was in process. Once received I returned it but I was charged shipping both ways. I did reorder the right lens and I am happy with the second purchase. You need a cancel button on your website.

I am only disappointed in the service I received when I used the online chat. I had heard from others that you can check into what the lens wear or damage is by contacting KEH so i did through the chat. The representative just copied and pasted the description of bargain. I too can read and was annoyed that I wasted my time talking to them. I would have been happier if they just were honest and said they cant look at the actual lens to give exact info. I have purchased anyhow and I am hopeful that it was a good choice.

You have a great website but I am still waiting for resolution on the battery issue on my last order.

Products and prices fine, website is horrific for navigation. I'll reiterate the second time. Website navigation is beyond horrible. Click on a product after a search, click the back button, all search filters are reset and you're back to square one having to set filters and sorting all over again. It's nearly enough to keep me from buying anything...but you're KEH, best stuff, best prices, best grading. So my tolerance for the website is higher than if you were Adorama.

Shaun promptly refunded my money for a lens shade that was mistitled by their own people last week. The service is excellent, the prices are the best anywhere. I have purchased many items from them through the years. Where else can you buy used equipment with a six month warranty? The only downside is that I never get my emails answered. Best to just pick up the phone and speak with customer service or a sales rep.
KEH also has a presence on ebay as well so it is like shopping in two separate KEH stores. It won't get better than that!

I was unable to have Fed Ex tracking on the shipment. It was delivered several days ago but I just got an email today from KEH asking me if I'd received the package.

Bought the camera in bargain condition so was expecting some blemishes and maybe a little banged up, but it's missing the button for the viewfinder illuminator which allows dust and potentially water to get into the inside of the camera which could ruin it all together. If I would have known that I probably would of opted out of getting it.

I was offered 5% off to provide my e mail which I did but I never received a code or opportunity to take advantage of the discount at check out.

My shopping cart would keep getting empty after any period of inactivity (even short ones) - this was frustrating. Other than that it was a good experience.
