Ordered via Instagram. Photos misleading. American address misleading. Product comes from China and is not the material in the photo. Leather in photo, not in reality. Cheap materials, elastic for boot ties instead of leather pictured. Smelled like chemicals. Wasteful to the environment and an expensive life lesson. Best to triple check business/not order anything in a hurry because you saw it looked good & didn't have a clue it would be from China made out of an unidentified non-leather material. Returns impractical and tell you to value the shoes as less than $5 to avoid extra fees. NO stars.

Ordered sandals from a site on Facebook, very shoddy, and poorly made, stitching went over the ankle strap so wouldn't be able to put them on if I had wanted to. They say for me to mail back to China. Cost prohibitive. Never again.
These shoes are sized wrong, made cheaply and come from China. The are thin and have no support.
You can only return or exchange through China.

Tip for consumers:
Returns and exchanges on buyers dime to CHINA!

Inferior beyond belief. Immediately called for refund. No such luck. Called master card to cancel payment. Waiting.
I purchased shoes according to their size chart. I wear 71/2 so I ordered 8. They were too small. Rather than make amends, they insisted they sent the correct size and only way to return for credit or exchange requires shipping to China. They will refund 10% and you don't have to return; ie pay shipping to China. I find no mention anywhere on their website that they are based out of China. If I had known that, I never would have ordered. Rip off that they ship from Cedar Grove, New Jersey but returns have to go to Receiver: Liangchao Xie
Address: Room 201, Unit 3, Building 66, Taojieling Community, Futian Subdistrict
City: Yiwu, Jinhua
State: Zhejiang
Country: China
Zipcode: *******
Phone: ************** They claim the New Jersey address is a warehouse that can't handle return/exchanges. A reminder to self to never order anything without checking for reviews. Additionally, the shoes are really cheaply made/mashed up in shipping in a plastic bag.
Tip for consumers:
China based company/ships from New Jersey but returns/exchanges have to be shipped to china at buyers expense.

shoes - donating because they don't fit and return is too expensive.
This is my second and an updated review on this company. They also go by Keenwalk.com. They changed to Keenwalking because of all of the complaints lodged against Keenwalk. I also just discovered they are using keenwalk.net. They are all the same company. This is not Keen shoes! I have already reported them to Keen and their lawyers are looking into it. The shoes are low quality and if you want to return because they are not even worth $5.00, you will have to pay over $25.00 to ship to China. After going back and forth with "Manny", and the person who answers the phone in Miami Florida, I was given information that led me to believe they are frauds. The last e-mail I agreed to be refunded 40% after much back and forth. I then decided I wanted it all back. I reported it to my credit card company and after sending them all of the e-mails and the links to complaints on this website, they reimbursed me the full amount. In addition, I also complained to the Vermont Attorney General's Office. They are contacting both Facebook and Instagram where these scammers are advertising, to let them know that they are a fraud. If you have made a purchase from them, don't give up!
Thought they were real Keen shoe company! AD ON FACEBOOK VERY MISLEADING! They are cheap and poorly made.
