Originally the site quoted free shipping, but only at checkout was it made known that only applied to orders of $299 or more, all others have a $9 handling charge. I think that falls under, bait and switch.

I thought it was a good experience. My experience would have been a "5" if immediate shipping information was provided for each item. That is critical to ordering, especially when purchasing on a Saturday and Sunday with no available Customer Service. Thanks.

Best price on the internet! Super nice woman answered the phone when I called with a delivery question. Happy with Kitchen & Bath Authority. Highly recommend.

Good customer service. The person was really helpful on the telephone when I had some questions, and my item shipped as soon as possible after that.

I just ordered toilet seat washlet online - only thing I wish is that they would state online how many available in stock and an expected ship/delivery date. It gives no indication about this.

All OK or better. Would be nice to have more product installation details/instructions to confirm suitability.

Great product and price on my Brizo faucet, but took almost one month from order placement to be delivered. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, just wish inventory were kept on hand or drop-shipped from manufacturer to make delivery quicker.

I tried to register for the after hours discounts but couldn't...wish I could have gotten a lower price.

The website had conflicting information and there wasn't any customer service available to call and confirm. But I'm satisfied because the price was competitive.

I couldn't get any discount cod o go in we had a problem with order the glass wa broke but they Sent me a new after talking to upper management

Shopping experience was pretty good but you guys played the bait and switch, offer claimed I would receive additional discounts if I registered my email but Nothing additional. :-(

Very happy with the vanity we ordered and especially like the huge discount they offered. The warning emails they send you about delivery and inspection make you wonder if there is a problem, you might have trouble with them making it right. We had a week delay in delivery, but other than that, product was received in perfect condition.

Had some problems the first time I tried never received code for discount to be applied after joining.

The website was easy to use and there was a great price for the item I was looking for. I was very pleased there was no tax or shipping for the item. I don't think I have seen a delivery date estimate, which I would like to know. But I can't see what is displayed on the screen behind this survey.

In December I ordered a plumbing tool from a firm on the West Coast and they sent my order to this supplier on the East Coast. The item was out-of-stock and they told me it would ship by a particular January date. It shipped on-time and there was follow-up email where I confirmed receipt. A simple order but well handled.

would be nice if message said coupons do not apply to delta brand products. I tried several before calling and finding out why not being accepted.

Good products good prices. Only thing I wasnt crazy about is the $9.00 handling for with orders under $250. Free shipping offsets that to a degree.

ordering online was easy. had a couple of questions but when I called the 800 number no one answered and it was 1 hour before stated closing time. was a little annoyed but ordered product anyway

Price seems reasonable. Website manipulation seemed more difficult than necessary. Looking forward to receiving the product.

the online ordering was fluid, except when it declined a valid credit card. After three attempts I tried another one which was immediately accepted.

I ordered an 84" double sink/quartz top vanity and three Delta shower faucets for my bathroom remodel ($3000) from KBA. After much online shopping they had the best prices. My vanity arrived in perfect condition (extremely well packaged) and just what I ordered. The same for the faucets. I gave KBA a 4 star rating only because I felt they didn't supply adequate updates/tracking, and it took several weeks to get my items. Fortunately I didn't have a strict timeline. I only learned after ordering (and checking on my order by phone) that both orders (vanity and faucets) were out of stock and backordered. Would've been best if website had shown that. Overall, very pleased with my products though.

I ordered a large vanity, which arrived quickly and was shipped carefully packaged and handled. In fact, the shipper they hired to deliver the shipment actually helped me unpack and inspect the delivery, something I've not had happen with other shippers.
The price for the vanity was not the lowest, and I did have an issue with the included faucet having a finish I could not use (chrome v. brushed nickel). I ended up purchasing a replacement at my expense. I will say, their customer service team worked with me on this issue in a very professional manner. Lesson learned, be sure to read the fine print in the specifications.
I have more coming from K&B this week, and I am expecting the same good treatment.

Delivery was great product is great would not apply the code for my discount after repeatedly trying so just went without it even though they said that I had it available to me
