checkout had to be done over 3 times and new member discount was not accepted but order created a error when trying to apply it. order only went threw when new member discount was not requested

Needed customer service but none was available in the evening. Disappointed in not being able to complete an order due to lack of information.

Everything was fine except it too a while and had to call to see when my item was being shipper or delivered.

Your website has a nice selection but is glitcy when it comes to setting filters. The filter settings don't seem to always work correctly or automatically reload the page after an input is made, but before you are finished making selections. It seems to only allow one input before refreshing the entire page. An "apply filters" command button would solve the issue so that all choices can be made before choosing to re-load the results.

Not a fan. Left with big box, Styrofoam trash, and wood pallet. I tipped the driver to help me get in the house. The product was fine, otherwise.

Difficult to enter cc info from my iPhone. Took several tries. The handling charge was probably more expensive than a likely shipping charge. So the fees felt a little slippery.

Don't know why the other card wouldn't work...all the info was correct. That has never happened before.

Product showed up in perfect order and looks beautiful. I just wish it shipped out sooner and I was a little more informed/updated about the status of the order after it was placed. When I didn't get shipping confirmation within one business day of placing the order I started to get nervous I would never see it... But I'm spoiled with Amazon prime and standard 2-day shipping.

Misleading discount offer. Plus, prices change after items sit in your cart for a couple hours (still good prices, though).

I am happy with the price I paid for my shower door. It was considerably less than Home Depot or Lowes. Not happy with the time its taking to receive my product. I received a tracking number last week. I called this week because the tracking number was not valid, and was told my product wont ship for another week or 2. They said they were backed up with the holidays. That sounds like a personal problem, and I shouldnt have to suffer for it. Hire more trucks or ship it another way.

Hate that you don't have opportunity to chat with someone during closed hours. I am placing an order with you for the first time, and am not sure when the item will actually ship and deliver. This is critical for me to know. I am hoping that I can talk to someone when you first open on Monday, so that if necessary, I can cancel this order with no cost to me. ~ More so, I'm hoping that the items are in stock and will deliver possibly by end of next week.

Seems pretty good, but having to make an account to check out and having to send confirmation of my identity is a bit of a hassle.

Shopping experience was simple but didn't give 5 stars because the description of the vanity I ordered says shows that it is a espresso finish AND painted nutmeg. No one available to answer my question on Sunday so I hope this is the correct finish (espresso).

I was very impressed with your pricing. After placing my original order I recieved an email for delivery date which was 4 weeks later than Home Depot or lowes for the same door. That almost prompted me to cancel but we will wait patiently.

I had a coupon code and couldn't get it to work. I already purchased similar items that I bought from you today but like what I saw at your site much, much better so I'm returning what I already purchased and hoping the items from you are as great as they look! Thank you for amazing items and good prices, just wish one of my coupon codes would have worked.

My order stayed in received status for a long time and when I called I found out it was shipped. Once shipped it took some time to get here seemed to take a long time from ct. to mass....

chat service was poor. seems you get coupon codes for being a new member but you cant use them if your a member.....???????

Website refreshes/deletes information too frequently - had to keep logging back in when going to another window. that was frustrating

web site says save up to 40-75% by ordering after 6pm i did not see any discount on my order to me that would be considered false advertizing
