I ordered two different model of bathroom vanity. After a week when I received one of my orders, I figured out they closed the order for my other order which was not even picked up from their Wherehouse. I start contacting them and explain the situation and after being on the phone for long time explaining the situation they understand their mistake and then after putting a request with carrier to pick up the item from their Wherehouse. I am still waiting for my order over two weeks now and have not received yet. One unhappy c ostemer

After purchasing the wrong item...my fault, I did exactly as they requested to submit a return. I did not write on the original box. I packed the original box INSIDE another box and returned the item. I was told all parts where not included (lie) so no refund would be made. Not to mention the cost I paid to return the item. This company steals from the consumer.

Their product didn't make it delivered until 2 months after the order and my product was already done. I called to cancel the order 2 weeks that I noticed the tracking was not making progress and they rejected my cancellation so I had to dispute the charge. 2 months after the product sit by the door and I called to ask them to create a label for me to return bc I don't want to have anything to do with them but their representative said no need to do so after his investigation and told me to keep it for free regardless how many time I stressed I preferred to return. He kept explaining that the item was reported and claimed, it's free. Guess what! Two months later, they used my credit card information to charge me for another order I did not make and stole my money away without asking the permission or a heads-up. This company doesn't do business honestly. 0 point is what I want to rate them but no this option.

Don’t waste your time ordering stuff from KB + A they are nothing but low and dishonest.

A new Franke Orca Kitchen sink was ordered 3/16/24. The shipment arrived in a box that had been re-tape, but no exterior damage. We open the box immediately and found that the sink that the shipped sink is olds,scratched' and dented. Putty remnants around the drain and glue around the sink rim. Clearly this is a previously use unit. There is an old shipping label to Benchmark Builders, dated Dec.12,2023. I have provided photos and explanation to you. I do not trust ordering a replacement. I have asked for a refund and a pre-paid return shipping label. I am still waiting for a response. Dissatisfied to say the least.

Ordered a Sauna stove through KBA Authority in October 2023, and they said it was on back order and wouldn't be in until late December 2023. The price was roughly $150.00 less any where else. I agreed to wait til December. Late December came and they said there was no opportunity to get Sauna stove in the near future, however if I paid an extra $220 dollars they could get me one. I was led along for three months. I discussed with KBA my concerns to which they stuck to the additional cost as the only solution, KBA never apologized or tried in any effort to come to some agreement. They are extremely short and very rude. I want to warn others of their lousy customer service.

Advertised no MDF or Particle Board in vanity construction and come to find most of the vanity is made of MDF. Mfg stated last minute substitution of materials, but price did not change! Offered 10% credit on something that should be 60% less than charged. Not again! Then states only items I identified were MDF but after further examination, doors and sides are all MDF - disgraceful business, liars.

Real materials of construction. Close up photo of the vanity - someone familiar with construction methods could tell it was not made of hardwood as advertised.

I purchased a vanity on 12/27/23 from KBA for $2179. The Vinnova vanity top arrived cracked in pieces. After multiple calls KBA sent me another vanity countertop that was also cracked. On 3/14/23 The Sales Manager, Joseph V. Promised a refund in writing and then on 6/30/23 rescinded his promise. I have a broken vanity and am out $2179. This company is a sham - the worst - completely unprofessional.

Awful customer service. Ordered a shower. They took the money out. Assured it would be hereX. After it was already late, I called to inquire. They said it was now on back order and would take about 16 weeks. They refused to help aside from saying I can pay an additional $90 to ship it for the following week or wait the 16 weeks. I had interest accrued for that month they didn't care. They and their third party made the errors and yet didn't do anything to help. Don't use them!

Item came damaged. Had a terrible time trying to return item. When they finally picked up the damaged vanity i was promised full refund. Still 3 Months later no refund... I call weekly and customer service promises the credit will be refunded today. Still nothing. This has been the worst company i have ever dealt with. We are building a new home and have had to order everything online, and this is by far the worst company yet. Terrible customer service. Don't buy from them...

I ordered a part that said it was in stock on their website. They emailed the next day that the part was on backorder with a 4-6 week lead time. I called to ask for a resolution as this was holding up my job. They said any discount would have to be discussed with the customer service manager and provided a number to call for the next business week. When i called the said that the order had been cancelled and if i wanted to reorder it would be another 4-6 week lead time. This is the most unprofessional place i have ever tried to work with.

Item showed in stock on their site so I ordered then I'm told 2-3 weeks for delivery. Canceled. 8 days and 3 calls later still no refund. They told me verbally on Monday that my refund was ordered and I should get it within 24 hours. Wednesday I get an email stating "your refund was ordered today at 1:40 pm" (second lie). As of today (Friday) still no refund. Do not trust this place.

I received a vanity with a broken vanity top and have tried to get a partial credit to no avail. I have called and asked for management to call me back but they have not called after 3 attempts. I guess I should have read into the reviews further because it looks like this is common practice with their company. Horrible customer service and no responsibility for the damaged goods I received.

Stay away from this company. There customer service sucks. Unanswered emails unreturned phone calls. They didn't answer a question I had about a product so I ordered it and quickly realized it would not fit my bathroom. I went to their website and use their contact form to cancel the order one day after I ordered it. It was a weekend so their office was closed that's why I use the contact form. My order status claim that the order has not shipped and their website said that the orders ship in 3 to 5 business days so I gave them plenty of notice to cancel the order. They shipped it anyway. My item cost $877 they are trying to charge me $320 to restock the item. I canceled the order on December 10 and I still haven't got a refund

I ordered 3x toiletbowl, tank and pushbutton set from KB authority, one of the toilet bowls has a manufacturing flaw and won't seal (causing water leakage). KB authority will not help me because the order was placed over 30 days ago and tells me to go figure it out with the supplier myself. Do not expect aftercare or warranty from these guys. Will not do business again and advice you take your business elsewhere.

Its funny how your biggest fears come to life. I purchased vanities from KB Authority a few weeks ago. After making sure that they had good reviews and the cabinets I was purchasing had good reviews I went with them. First, I received a notice that they would let me know when the product would ship. I called on Wednesday Nov 23 and was told the product had shipped, even though my account was never updated. On Monday I received a call that Fed Ex Freight wanted to set an appointment. Yeah! I made the appointment for Wednesday Nov 30. I received a call back from Fed Ex that they shipping was going to come COD, they hadn't either paid a bill or had an account. I contacted KB Authority and they assured me it was handled. I called Fed Ex, set up another appointment, and they no showed today. So I had to get on the phone again, and after 2 hours and numerous people, found out that they still haven't resolved the issue. KB was awful and rude, and after speaking with 4 people still have no resolution. And to make matters worse, it appears this has happened to a lot of their customers.

KB Authority is NOT authorized to sell most of their listed products. DO NOT buy from this place or your warranty will not be valid. This is why so many people have problems with returns. They cant return the product to the manufacture because they werent authorized to sell the product. LINKASINK will not sell to this company, they are not authorized to sell our products, they sneak around and place orders from other showrooms trying to get products. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headaches this place will cause you and the loss of your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

It just shouldn't be that difficult. If there's a product that doesn't work and there's a rational reason to return in the same box unused and undisturbed. It should not be so difficult to return a product. Especially if you have the original box and yet they want to charge you almost $15 to via third party, a piece that weighs about as much as a 50 cent piece. They make the process so difficult that it's just better for me to keep the product and never use it then return it for refund that they may or may not give me, as they have numerous out clauses to even refund you. And they want me to pay $15 just to return it.
Brilliant and you want to know why people use Amazon prime it's easy no fuss... Returning a product should be simple, as opposed to feeling held hostage.

Check availability before ordering. Items ordered 2/25/18 were shipped 3/13/18; ground shipping an additional 5-8 days. Unfortunately had to return double handle bath faucets due to plumbing issue. K&B received items back in new/untouched condition on 3/29/18 and finally processed credit, minus restocking fee, on 4/12/18. This was achieved after 4 phone calls to customer service. Unprofessional. Reordered single handle faucets from different vendor with no problems and received items in 2 days.
No reflection on Delta products, they were received (finally) in good condition.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t be influenced by price unless you’re in no hurry and know for sure products will work/fit for your project.

I called and asked the availability and how long it would take to ship on a bath vanity. Was told it was in stock and delivery would be 5-8 business days. So I dug through some more reviews and was a bit Leary but placed the order the next day. 2 days later got an email saying it was on back order 12-16 weeks or I could pay $99 more for 2-3 week back order from another warehouse. Emailed back to cancel and then went online to see the price dropped. I hit chat and have the conversation asking if in stock and delivery time. Yes, in stock and 5-8 business days. Gave him the other number and asked why. Called the warehouse and oops... inventory glitch. Sorry but bate and switch is not a good business model.

Scam. I wish I did more research before making a $1000 purchase. They actually misrepresented that my purchase had shipped, even supplying a tracking number. And when I inquired about the bogus tracking number, they responded that Dreamliner [the manufacturer] was behind and had t shipped anything. When I requested a refund and cancellation, they refused to do it unless the manufacturer "approved" it, and surprise it wouldn't because it was in the process of shipment.

Customer service was horrific. Do not under any circumstances do business with the "company"which is nothing but a middleman and does a horrible job at that.

Bought a fair amount of products from this company until I needed to return a faucet, after a 5 month process and over 4 hours of phone time with kitchen and bath authority. They gave me a run around and lied to me multiple times by the time they finally refunded me and charged me a rediculous restocking fee I finally received only 70% of my refund after this experience I am no longer a customer DO NOT BELIEVE THE WEB SITE WHERE IT SAYS EASY RETURNS!

Ordered faucets online based on price. Website does not advise product not stocked, special order necessary. Took one full month to receive product that all competitors had in stock. During the month multiple calls with customer service provided misleading information regarding order and shipping status. Project seriously delayed.

I ordered a bathroom cabinet and was notified afterward that it was considered a custom order (its not) so would take 2-3 weeks. I wasn't in a rush, so no big deal, was willing to wait it out. After 3 weeks, I started checking the status online and the ship date kept changing, every day. I finally emailed, several times, no response at all, nothing. I called and kept getting put on hold when I asked what was going on. One person I got told me the notes said that her colleague had spoken to me on the previous day (which was a blatant lie). Either their phone system is faulty, or the reps hang up on you when they don't know the answers. When I got a quasi-human rep who didn't hang up on me, I explained that I wasn't going to put up with their. Nonsense, and I was told that the order had come in and that they were going to "try" to ship that day. I got a shipping notification with a tracking number, and even that didn't make sense since it showed shipping history between the manufacturer and their shipping facility, and it was marked "complete". I called again, and got a snotty rep who told me I needed to wait 48 hours before checking status. Terrible company to deal with.
