Finding and ordering our DreamLine shower was easy, it was sent promptly and was delivered by a friendly courteous delivery person. A thorough proofreading of the instructions by a person knowledgeable in it's assembly BEFORE shipment would have been most helpful, but in all we have it assembled and are happy with our purchase.
My second time ordering this toilet, and it went as well as the first time. Perfect.

I got a showerhead from Kitchen & Bath Authority, and I just love it. They delivered the product on time, and without breaking it. It was very easy to install the product too with the added manual. Shipping took longer than expected, once I called to check the status of the order, then a shipping update was provided.
Overall experience was well. Communication about processing of material and when it would be shipped could be worked on a little bit
The product (towel warmer) arrived in about a week or so, mainly because it came from the manufacturer in Canada to the US. Quality shipping through FedEx. Installed and no ptoblems.
