Very pathetic service, Ordered for an occasion. The dress never came, been trying to get my refund from past one month calling head office every other day and they keep saying I will get my refund and it never happened. Emailed them so many times & sent messages through their chat box never heard a word from them. Very poor customer service and people who answer the phones are not even reliable and keep giving you fake promises about your order. Biggest mistake of my life that I ordered my dress, never got the dress and never got my refund. All my money got wasted!

I ordered a dress which was quickly delivered, but looked completely different in real life. I was shocked to see the cheap fabric and the dull colors which looked vibrant on the images.
I contacted customer service through chat and was asked to give the order details. Once I gave them the details they told me to send a complain through email. I sent an email, did not get any reply, so I contacted them again through chat. After sending them few messages they told me that I should get a reply within 48 hours. Weeks have passed and still no reply.
They are always available on chat, but only for product queries, they try to avoid any order issues. I was thinking about ordering more from them once I receive the order, but never again.
