I ordered 5 pairs of shoes on March 4th 2020 and kept trying to work with the Kakimoda company to no avail never got a tracking # or even a telephone # or person to contact just an email- then I get 2 out of my 5 items in May 2020 and tried to have them located or contacted via USPS to track my package and NOTHING I alerted PayPal to try and file a fraudulent charge and an still awaiting a decision on my case! I understand during this time with COVID19 shipping things was scarce but it's been MONTHS and I've sent numerous emails and get nothing but excuses and a 20% off code NO THANK YOU I waited for items that were sub par quality and to then install their Arrive App to track my shipment then after my 2 items out of 5 were delivered I get a new app called Shop which was what originally was Arrive and there are no packages listed for me? That's a bit sketchy and seems to be a scam so please BEWARE don't order from them
