Ordered a very expensive bracelet in November 2010, promised 5 to 7 weeks delivery. After12 weeks Kai-silver not responding to emails. Give this company a wide birth before you order as they ask for payment by pay-pal. Pay-pal will only help you within 45 days of order.If you pay by credit card they will not help you either as you have gone through a third party IE: Pay-pal.

Placed jewelry order in June 2010. Paid by paypal. Company has given many reasons for not delivering -- deaths, fires, thefts. In december 2010 showed an image of supposed jewel. One month later still no jewel and they have not responded.
