Ordered a pantry cabinet for $644.00 in June 2010. Never received cabinet or money refund. Better Busines Bureau tried to reach them, but never had a reply. I have recently reported them to Consumer Protection Service in Ohio where they are located. To this date, I have not heard from Consumer Protection. I wish I knew how to retrieve my money.
