Used to be sturdy with durable heavy cotton with JMS logo on elastic. Their latest fall apart and elastic FAILS after a few washings. Have worn for YEARS. Just bought another brand. I found a bra that works. Of course NOW DISCONTINUED.
I purchased a package of JMS underwear and 2 of the briefs tore beyond usage after I washed them for the first time. With me being a plus size woman I love your brand but would like for you to consider using a better technique of making these items that are definitely needed and I will continue to purchase your product

I only gave one star because I had to but honestly I would give 0 stars. I ordered 2 bras almost 2 weeks ago. They still haven't shipped. So I call customer service and was on hold 20 minutes then got cut off. Called again and lady said I can't cancel order and there's no where else to call. And couldn't tell me when it would even be shippwd. I wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered. I will never place an order with them again. I understand there are delays but they do not work with the customer at all.
If I had the ability to check ZERO I would.

It has been almost a month since I placed my order for ONE bra, and I have yet to receive it. After waiting the estimated time for delivery, several days passed and not only was it (and still is) difficult to actually speak to someone for customer service, but there's no kind of correspondence via email that let me know what was going on with my order.
I decided a few days ago to just take the loss, and I vowed to never order from Just My Size again. I am a very patient person, but the way my order was handled is unacceptable.
Plus size panties just purchased 5/22 compare to pantie package from 2 years ago this cut about a good half size smaller then before. Always bought the same brand and same size brief and these are snug as a bug. I wasted 18.00 for a tight fit. Will not buy these anymore. Sorry very disappointed.

They have clothing and lingerie for large size women. Their house brand clothing is so-so. Some quality is not so good. However, they do have some national brands of bras, such as Bali, that go on sale for about half price, and that come in a wider variety of styles and colors than you can find in the stores. If you have a bra you know fits, I recommend buying more on this site. I also found a good bathing suit here, pretty cheap, and I lucked out on the fit. So, generally, I'd say, shop selectively and watch for sales. They are really good about taking returns, but you'll be out the shipping cost,
I placed an online order for 3 items. My credit card was charged immediately. I returned 2 items. When the items were received at JMS I received an email that it would take up to 10 business days to credit me back. You can take my money quickly but not give it back in the same timeline? I waited several days PAST the 10 day credit back date and had to call them. The refund was processed while I was on the phone and the "customer service" agent said it would take 3-5 days before I actually received the funds. Really? Why do you have to be a Karen for a company to do the right thing. First and last order to JMS.
Even though ythree pair of jeans were labeled "petite" they are three inches too long. Very disappointed in a brand I trusted

Ordered a two piece and the material was more for summer instead of winter! Returning it quick! You cannot wear this in the summer or winter
Just my size is definitely a go to place for the basics. Undies, shirts, work out wear, etc. I have never been disappointed in a purchase from JMS! The clothes are comfortable and do not shrink over time. Love it!
I made an order online for my mother. Once I received the order I had to return some items. I decided to pay the extra money and use USPS. It is now towards the end of February and I have yet to receive my refund. I spoke with several people with customer service and they seem so nonchalant as if this poor customer service is the norm. The received my return on 1/25/21 and here it is a month later. If I could give them a negative zero it would be colder than Texas is right now. I could understand if customer service were a little more understanding and concerned but NOT. Never ever will I purchase from them again in life. Not in the store or online because they don't deserve my hard earned money.

I used to buy JMS only. Now I will be looking into a different underwear brand. The package I just got and started wearing recently is garbage. The old underwear lasted for a year or more before getting holes in them. The new ones are falling apart after one or two washings up at the top band. The one that goes around your waist. Both are the same size, and both have about the same fit. The new ones feeling just a tad looser. So for the new ones to be falling apart so fast, I can only conclude that their quality has plummeted. I will not be buying again.

JMS are usually my go to brand. I decided to try the period panties and am disappointed. Have only worn them once and the seams are coming apart after 1 wash. There's holes in the fabric as well. Not the usual quality from this company.
This was my first and last time ordering from Just My Size. I received only a portion of my order. What I received did not fit so I needed to return it. Thankfully, return instructions are visible and easily accessible on their website. However, I never got the other part of my order. I tracked it and it has been waiting at a facility since July 14,2020. It is now July 22,2020. You can do the math. I can't get in touch with customer service in the online chat on their website or by phone during normal business hours. I am thoroughly disappointed and I really hope they get it together because this is just ridiculous. You can't take people's money and not deliver on what they've paid for. That's robbery. If you order from them, you're taking a chance! Best of luck!
Don't waste your time ordering anything from these people. I have waited already 14 days for an order that is still processing, they won't allow me to cancel the order can't tell me when i'll be receiving the order... i'm beginning to think this is a scam site... i will never order anything from these people again...
I purchased jms because I liked how they fit. But, sadly after a few washings, the elastic started coming off and unraveling. I'm disappointed.

The stitching on the elastic does not last. It falls apart after a few washings and unravels.

I have gotten items from this website on several occasions. A few times, I had to return an item, because it didn’t fit quite right. The store accepted all my returns without a problem. Many items in my wardrobe were bought from this store. They have a great selection of clothes, and best of all they are very reasonably priced. They often have special deals where the apparel is even further discounted.
For years I bought a certain kind of JMS pants at Walmart. I loved them! The last time I went in, they were not carrying them anymore, so I went online to find them. I found what looked like them and ordered the same size and colors I like. They didn't fit right so I called Customer Service to find out where I could find that particular style number (I got it off the tag of the old pants I had). I was told that the style I bought WAS the replacement for the old one and I could only order them online. The new style fits terrible and looks terrible, they fall down because the waist is made different and the fabric is different, you have to order a size larger than you used to, and I'm short and the length of petite seems longer now. Disgusted with "improved" version.
It takes this business 4 weeks and an addition 6 days to refund monies to a customer. I won't buy from here again!
I don't know if Just My Size Sponsored these colorful blouses in a daisy print to be on your web site or if a company in China pirated your website to advertise their product. The 2 blouses I received I am returning to you so you can see what I received. The fabric is a rough see-through gauze. The workmanship left long strings on them. I've ALWAYS been proud to own and wear your products before. I think your company does not realize how bad these daisy blouses are and either get after them if the pirated your website, or consider no longer doing

I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago that still hasn't shipped. I tried to call but the line is busy. (What proper business only has 1 line?) No online chat or email is available either. I wouldn't place an order again!
I placed an order, then realized I needed to change the length to petite. I tried to call and was put on hold, tried to chat on line and was put on hold. Finally, chat became available and I told rep Donna what I needed. She stated the order would need to be cancelled and reordered. Fine, please cancel it, and I gave her the order # and all the other info needed. Then, she comes back with I had missed the 30 minute deadline to cancel by 4 minutes! Seriously, I was on hold waiting for a rep! This seemes too convenient and they, obviously, have not intentions of cancelling any order. It takes them 3-4 days to even start the shipping process, but customers only have a 30 min window to cancel and no reps available. Terrible customer service and I will avoid any further interaction.

Go over orders thoroughly and forget customer service.
Don't expect to get the order for 7-10 days unless you pay a premium.

Bought you just my size underwear and couldn't be more disappointed. The cotton is so thin and the crotch is at least a half inch shorter than my previous pairs. I will not be buying anymore
