I had searched for Dr Hauschka Rose Light Day Cream and was happy was I saw the Justmylook price and proceeded to register and order. This was Saturday evening. I noticed on my order however that Quince cream had been selected instead of the Rose Cream. On the website there was no way of amending my order although it did say in the e-mail confirmation that amendments could be made if full payment had already been made, which it had. I e-mailed them to change the order however they operate Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm. I received an e-mail today (Monday) at 11.56am saying unfortunately your order's been dispatched. They charge postage for returns. The dispatch time of my order was 10.17am therefore they had enough time to receive my e-mail sent on Saturday. I e-mailed them and have just spoken to someone after several attempts to get through on the phone.

I spoke to (Katrina, won't give surname) who explained that amendment to an order does not mean you can change your order it means that various discounts etc can be applied. I find this very misleading. Katrina would not budge on reimbursing me for postage as I now have to return the item. There was no concern that the item I clicked on changed to an item I did not want. When I asked to speak to her manager "he" was not in the office and I was not given his name. I'm utterly disgusted. I suppose it's my own fault for believing they could offer an excellent price for a quality product.

Prompt and decent service as always, not sure why all the reviews are so bad on here when they are pretty good on Trustpilot.

Absolutely terrible only had this a couple of months and this is the result of the brush now. Terrible customer service!

I am very disappointed with the services of just my look. Email after email I have sent to them and still, I have not had my product. Funny enough I have not had any updates of my product after I bought it on the 27th and dispatched it on the 29th to royal mail 48 which will take two days for delivery which will be the 3rd of Jan it is now the 8th of January and still I have not had it. I am nearly £12 pounds down from pocket after I bought this item from this company I will definitely not be buying from here again I better get the item asap! My product was aftershave police to be men. My dispatched number is JML*******)

If this company want to assist me properly and get the item to me and to my address then I think they need to consider the fact that they do a terrible service and a massive lie not just to me but to other people. Other people! I've seen the reviews on here and now I am starting to think have I been scammed. Why tell me that my order is dispatched not knowing a full fact it will be a lie and then a few days after you sent another email saying how was your product leave a review fully knowing I have not had it at all I am not happy. They do realise it is against the law to do this and for a company well I have no comment let's put it that way. I had a terrible experience and it was meant to be a gift for one of my family members on their birthday and now it has gone past that which as ruined their birthday and ruined my purchase with trust.

People what I will say to you please be careful about some services otherwise they will take everything that they seek fit especially money.

If you expect a refund you will wait a long time, they are shocking. It has now been a month, I reported them to PayPal, but still no refund

They are scammers, don't buy anything! They don't send the orders and don't answer on the direct in instagram and on the email!

I received my items in good time, well packaged and also received a free goody bag containing really useful items.

I have received a parfume which has been used not really happy at least you can mention it is used

They never sent out my item then they refused to give me a refund had to open a dispute with my bank.

Justmylook is a SCAM! I purchased two products from this company on the 11th of October, 2018 and paid for DPD next day delivery but I'm yet to receive my parcel till date. I was initially told by Charlotte who seems to be the only customer service officer in that company and the master-mind behind this fraudulent company, that my parcel was erroneously loaded unto Royal Mail truck instead of DPD and that it will be delivered within 48hours. No parcel was delivered, when I called the customer service (Charlotte), she said my parcel doesn't have tracking number and so it's impossible for her to trace it, however, she said Royal Mail confirmed to her that the parcel was delivered to the address I stated at checkout. When I asked her who, when and how the parcel was delivered, she told me the parcel didn't require any signature and that she will reconfirm the date and time it was delivered ( I thought this should have been the basis of her enquiry from Royal Mail). I've been dribbled and lied to from day 1. Charlotte is a THIEF and she will die begging.

Great, fast and free delivery! Would use them again just waiting for the next offer to be posted lol!

Delivery was quick, pricing competitive. The problem sometimes is that they offer too many discount codes and i never know which 1 to pick lol

Don't waste your money and buy from a reputable well known company. If something seems too good to be true it usually is and I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this cow boy scam site! Purchased some GHD curlers as a gift and unfortunately they were the wrong size. I contacted customer service and explained what had happened and that the box had been opened but that they were incorrect had been put back as was and I wished to return. I sent them back by secure courier at a £15 cost of mine which I was happy to pay as I had ordered the incorrect item. A week passed no refund so I chased customer service, I was advised that it can take up to 14 days to process a refund. I noted this as odd as their website clearly states please refer to our refund policy for returns which states- refunds are processed within 5 days. 2 days later I receive an email with 2pictures attached showing 2 strategically placed hairs floating on top of the box and some crock of bull text that since the items had been used they had could not refund. Oh and sit for the best bit if I wanted the item returning back to me I had to pay again! So now they were trying to charge me again and hold the product to ransom, Now had I been stupid enough to attempt to try and return a used the product I would expect to see the hairs wrapped around the wand not strategically placed on top of a hairbrush and a wand. Not only that but they were returned by courier yet the hairs hadn't moved in transit! I can not believe what a lying crocked company these people are and how they are even legally trading! If there was a problem on receipt of my return i expect to be contacted on receipt of the product not over a week later. And to send such a fake picture is beyond me! The product was about £20 cheaper than genuine reputable retailers and I wish I had known what this company was
Isle. Please spend your cash elsewhere they might be cheaper but there is a reason for that they are a complete scam and lie and don't want to know once they have your money. I will now be following this up with my credit company which I am so grateful I paid with and trading standards.

I wouldn't use them anymore. Wouldn't recommend using them either. My emails were ignored, phone number isn't available.

Please don't buy from jml they recycle products and are diabolical to deal with they rob you blind and the staff are so rude please don't shop here

NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. NO REPLY TO EMAILS. NEVER LIVE CHAT AVALIABLE. TOOK MY MONEY AND RUN! I HAVE INFORMED HSBC TO INVESTIGATE YOU!
