I ordered through this website for the first time before reading the reviews (was looking at the. Com website). If I had read these, I would not have bothered... however ordered products over the weekend, arrived on Thursday and all ok. Happy. Don't normally write reviews but considering all the negativity thought I'd put one out there
I was a regular customer at justmylook until I had an issue with a product. Customer care were appalling, particularly Alice. I reported the issue and they kept ignoring my complaint, changing the subject and not helping at all. It never got resolved but I will never, ever buy from this company again. There are far better companies online to buy from, who value their customers and the money they spend, and take product issues seriously.
I wish I had done my research about this company before I ordered. Money was taken from my account when there was a stock issue, I'm now waiting for a refund for a non existent product that would never turn up.
Do not buy from Just My Look. If your order is faulty or you just want a refund, they will make up whatever they want to get out of refunding money. They do this time and time again and do not refund money - it appears to be their business model. They are unprofessional and dishonest. Report them to Trading Standards as retailers like this should not be allowed to sell to the public.

Never use this website to buy anything from them. Pay for a product that is never received. When I complained I was given a tracking number that was supposed to be for my parcel and refused a refund.
When I queried the tracking number delivery I was told that Brentwood was near I lived (300 miles away). They refused to look into this issue. I instead contacted Royal Mail who confirmed that the address the parcel was delivered to was not mine (I had given R. M my address in the email). All emails ignored and phone calls hung up on. Not good!
My bank is now looking into it and hope to get my money back this way instead.
I've had two awful experiences with Just My Look.
The first is they sent me the wrong products and refused to do anything about it unless I paid for the item to be returned then I'd get a refund for the product I received (Which was cheaper than the product I actually ordered).
The second experience is ongoing, I received my parcel 15 days after ordering and half of it was missing. I have tried to get in contact with Customer Services but a week later I still haven't heard from them and I can't get through on the phone. Awful Customer Service.
Ordered something for next day delivery never received the item and still waiting 3 weeks. Contacted costumer service via email no reply or anything avoid this company they are joke and scamming people
These guys are not even worth 1 star. I have bought ghd straighteners and they are 100% fake. They pull and snag. They are far too light in weight. 100% fake and refusing a refund. DO NOT BUY FAKE FAKE FAKE!

My order says it was sent via Royal Mail 48h tracked, but with no tracking number and it's been a week. I've called the customer service number but it rings and rings. Guessing it's a scam website? Have reported as a scam website on gov.uk
I had an awful reaction to a product. I contacted them & after a while I had a reply saying to chose another item. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for them to reply to me about it. I still have this reaction too. I think I'll now need to take this further to trading standards/which.
Such a shame as this could of been sorted a month ago.

I ordered & paid for 2 Altruist 250ml sun lotions I was sent 2× 200ml sprays which were half the price of what I paid for the 250ml ones. They now have the cheek to ask me to return them before they will send me my correct order & I am going on holiday on Wednesday. What a crap company which I will never use again & advise everyone else to do the same.

This company is so unprofessional! They are such a liars! They said my order will be delivered by Royal Mail but instead they sent it by Hermes. And Hermes said that they delivered my parcel but I didn't receive it. And justmylook don't want to give me refund. They don't understand that Hermes often fail to deliver. And there is no any proof that Hermes delivered to me as there is no my signature. So disappointed! Don't buy form this company if u don't want to loose your money!
They've sent my order to the incorrect address even though I emailed them a few times to inform them that my address is incorrect on my account and to send it to my current address but they didn't respond to me and now have sent my order to the wrong address! Thanks Justmylook!
I placed my order on the 23rd of March, only to be sent the wrong item. I immediately contacted customer service, to try and get an address to return the delivery and get an exchange for the original order placed.
After several attempts trying to telephone the company and a couple of emails later, customer service responded with a pre-paid returns slip. I was happy with this, and sent the items back.
Since returning the items I had made several attempt to try and contact customer services to make enquiries as to what was happening with my exchange or was I to expect a refund. Many of my emails were ignored, however, I did get a couple of vague responses advising me that the returns department have 14 working days to process an exchange, and another advising me a refund will take 7 working days to process.
I still have not received either! We are now in May!
I would never use this company again! I strongly recommend paying the extra couple of ££ and avoid the awful customer service!
It said they would deliver it in 2-3 days and it took 5 days to ship and only got my tracking number after 8 days. I hate this company never buying again. They also take ages to reply to emails and aren't helpful at all. DONT BUY ITS $#*!
Bought a product from the website but was sent a different version. When I asked I was told that the one on the website was for illustration purposes only! Then was told that the product I had been sent was correct one but just in different packaging. The one sent was in a box stating 'New Formula'. New packaging and new product.

I would avoid buying from this company! Really bad and unprofessional! I bought £118 worth of products from them and they never arrived! I fought and fought with them. They said the items where delivered but I NEVER received them. DPD also asked me to go back to them to investigate but they refused. Every time I went to speak to the customer service team a girl called "Charlotte" ALWAYS answered! Please Please avoid this company. They took my money and refused to replace my items or give me a refund. STAY AWAY!
When placing my order (19th December 2021) and obtaining 48 hour delivery I still thought I would get it before Christmas. However, I promptly received a confirmation order email stating "no guarantee before Xmas". By then I had already paid. At no point during ordering did it state I would not receive it before Christmas. I ordered from another company on the 20th December 2021 with 48 hour Royal Mail delivery and received it on Wednesday. I did not get an email from "Justmylook" until 3 days later (Wednesday 22nd December 2021) stating it was dispatched. No way was I going to get for Christmas. Very poor service during a very busy time of the year.
This is my another review about this shop and it's not good. This shop is disgustful and customer service the worst I have ever dealt with. I placed my order on 28/11/19. After 1 week I contacted the shop. I was informed my order is on the way. Two days after I contacted them again, no reply at all, I was ignored. After sending 20 emails nothing changed. I left review on this page than justmylook finally responded informing that currier lost the parcel, offering refund or re-sent order. I email them asking for re-send my order and nothing again. I left review on different page and the same lies. This is the worst service I ever deal with. I have no product or money, I'm short over £50 before Christmas and without presents. Please do not use this shop if you want avoid the stress.
Hope and pray your order is delivered going into 3rd month since order was allegedly delivered which i never received. 7emails and phone call later still being told investigation with royal mail ongoing. May i add this is the second investigation after the first was in lonclusive? Have read other emails from customers saying they do not care regarding refunds or resolving issues. Bought an electrical wax warmer buy Yankee candle from just my look, it arrived in a box in perfect condition but when I plugged it in the light was flickering on/off? My 1st thought was to check the plug. The plug on a Yankee candle warmer was a disgrace, all screw's we're completely loose therefore the wire's we're completely loose which was a fire hazard! I personally think they buy faulty or rejected goods from big companies!?
Contacted customer service regarding the electrical fire hazard they sent me and all they could say was I could pay to return it and they will decide if I've caused the fault! Disgusting concidering the fault was electrical. I fixed the wire's myself so decided not to pay to send it back to hear nothing back from this company?

Sent incorrect item and wouldn't refund without returning in the middle of covid lockdown. I had no choice but just to keep it and re order elsewhere. I had previously had fab service but now they do not respectfully treat their customers so wouldn't use justmylook again.
Ordered straightners that never got delivered, called to ask why after a week of waiting to be told they had been sent but the barcode wouldn't scan... followed by telling me they had been sent out again! 4 days later still no sign and then an email appears telling me that due to stock shortages they couldn't send me any straightners and I had been refunded! That was over a week ago and I'm still chasing the refund as it's not appeared in my bank STILL! Would never use this sight again!

Company that steals from its customers. Absolutely dreadful company. I purchased two bottles of shampoo from them a while back, but they were the wrong products. After many emails with the company, who refused to believe that they were the wrong products, they eventually suggested I send back the products in order for them to send me the correct items. I did as instructed, and then they claimed never to receive the returned products. So I lost my money, and never received any products. After complaining to the company multiple times, they did not help me at all. They stole my money and shouldn't be in business.
Do not order from this company. I ordered Spacemasks from them they sent me the wrong product, I contacted them, they told me to send back the wrong product and then they would send my Spacemasks. I sent back the wrong product but still have not received the Spacemasks, they now say I need to send proof of postage. Their customer care is nonexistent.
Purchased two items, Rcvd one item, Asked when the other item would be, Advised it hade been sent with the other Item. This was not correct only rcvd a can of mousse and no hair scissors. I was asked to send a photo of the packaging so that an investigation could start. I advised that I no longer had the packaging it went in the bin. I have repeatedly requested my 14.99 pair of scissors or a credit note. I have rcvd no further communication from Charlotte. Why would any one want to do a site out of a pair of scissors? I'm very disappointed with the customer service, why do I have to provide a photo of the delivery, Maybe they should send me a photo of what they say they dispatched. Dont use them avoid this site at all costs!
