Quickly found a flight at the right price range and made the reservation in less than 15 minutes. I'm telling everyone I know about JustFly..
Me and my wife bought round-trip tickets from Austin to Shanghai. There was a new government rule that disallowed my wife to take connecting flights in Taiwan. The airline company Eva Airlines said the travel agency should have notified us about the restriction, and this is also what I found online. However, Justfly said it had no responsibility to do so. So, was it my responsibility to watch the news every day and learn this information?
Using skiplagged.com to search for flights, I selected JustFly as my ticketing agency and paid for our international travel at a good price. I was shocked to realize that after 5 hours of waiting, JustFly displayed my ticket status as "Processing". Called JustFly. Wait time was announced as 2-3 minutes, but I waited for 17 minutes. That's Ok. Then the customer agent Dalia told me that since the ticket price is at the lowest, the system will take up to 4 days to complete my request. I told her that this is ridiculous, that all the ticket online purchases I've been making for the past 30 years are processed to completion almost immediately. I also told her that after purchasing, I realized that Etihad is providing the tickets at the same low price, so there is no special price on this ticket through them. She then said she'll process my tickets "manually" (?) and within minutes, I received a confirmation email from Etihad. I'm glad I called JustFly and Dalia processed my tickets immediately, but this is NOT good. It really scared the hell out of me after I read through terrible reviews about JustFly's legitimacy. I advised her to work with her management to resolve this serious issue asap. A horror process but a Happy Ending. I double-checked on Etihad website and our tickets are indeed confirmed.
It's a natural disaster with corona virus & the would not cancel or refund my flight. Not to mention on hold forever to get terrible customer service.
I added an extra letter to my name on my reservation on accident. When I called immediately to change it, the representative told me to cancel the ticket and to rebook. Canceling would cost me $200 plus whatever the new ticket would be. What they failed to tell me is that the option to fix the last name is $75. What a scam. Even $75 to fix a misspelling is ridiculous, especially since I called immediately.
Now is not the greatest time to be a company selling plane tickets. I am still waiting on two refunds from them (over 6 weeks now). Before this pandemic, I didn't have any issues with my flights. This has been one of the cheapest websites I have found for flights.
3 days after I posted my recent negative experience, Justfly corrected the double charges. Therefore, I am changing the rating. I used them multiple times, the website is easy to use, the price tends to be better than other alternatives.

I just think with all thats going on in the world, prices & flights should be at a constant and not be sometimes less costly then all of a sudden hundreds of $'s.
As im writing this review im still on the hold They make me wait Over 3hours and 37minute and no one still havent got back to me, just because I called to use My flight credit,,but they are very fast when you call then to buy a ticket..
Cancellation. Why does it take up to one 1 month for Just fly to credit back fare from cancelled flights? Its been 5 days now and upon checking at their website they say it can take up to 1 month before a refund is completed. Kayak refunds within 24 hours of cancellation.
I called Justfly for clarification on my charges to my account and I felt that though the customer service representative may have been well informed about her job, they did not clearly understand what I wanted clarification about. The Airline customer service rep handled my concerns.

You guys changed my flight and won't tell me what it is unless I call or wait for you to contact me. I got an email saying you contacted me but nothing has come from you guys. I found the cheapest flight through just fly, but they increased it last minute by $50. It was still cheaper than the rest, but would prefer transparency when buying tickets.
Overall a good booking experience, it would be great if you could change the booking within 24hours with no fees attached though
No seat choice granted although the site sent me to a page to select a seat. Also the carryon baggage requirements are not clear at all. What can be carried on as in bag size!
All I want to know is how much my credit is going to be on my visa. I don't think that is too much to ask. Ticket was $533.00 and i see a credit for $30.00? Can not get through to talk to a real person. I will never deal with justfly again after this is over.
Tried several websites this is the closer pricei i could find wasn t quiet satified with myreturn flight time. I perferred early return
When booking a round trip DSM to CGK for a price quoted at per ticket of approximately $850/seat, once all the passenger and purchase information was entered, the price suddenly jumped to over $5,000/seat. I cancelled that process and tried again for the exact same ticket. There were no surprised the second time around, but I am much less confident in using your site again.
Being charged an extra fee so I can have a seat next to my wife, I do not like at all. If I find a vendor who does not charge such a fee, I will not be using your service again.
