I found the most Amazing pair of fall boots that I had to have. On top of the other two gladiator heels and some nude pumps. Unfortunately the other two didn't fit so they are a little on the small side. So size up if you're interested in those. Or maybe I just have a wide foot. Lol however returns are fairly easy and hassle-free so it's no biggie.

Justfab/shoedazzle (they're really the same company) is great overall. When they have sales, it's totally worth it. Cute and fun shoes. Sometimes the quality can be better, but if you're getting the super sale price, who can complain? Most of my shoe closet is from their inventory! Great customer service as well!

I really like the products even though often the things I like sell out in my size very quickly. They have a great return policy which is great for online ordering. The only issue I think could be better is I never get reminder emails that I need to make a purchase, I get one after my credit goes thru. I'm very busy and can never remember what day I need to make a purchase by so I almost always miss the deadline.

I wish there would have been a bigger selection of shoes in my size. Some were ugly but overall cute.

JustFab is very good and has amazing deals and products! I just wish the skip the month option was longer than the first week and I would give a 5 star if my product exchange came faster. But overall great store with amazing shoe selection.

I really like JustFab. It's an easy to use and search website, clothes are great and at first I got some really amazing deals. They also have good customer service. However, my main complaint is that as a member you don't get to take advantage of the sales and deals! I pay $40/mo and it becomes a credit--credits then are applied (subtracted) according to dollar value for only the full price. So, if you want the good deals, don't become a member. (In addition if you return something they charge you for S&H).

The clothes are amazing as always. I got a massive deal thanks to some credits, which is always nice to have. The downside is that I kept getting inaccurate delivery times from the tracking numbers. At first it would say *delivering today* and it would then say *arriving on Friday* when Friday has passed. Please fix your deliveries.

These shoes are amazing. So comfy and fit perfect. Ordered them on a Saturday and didn't receive them for almost 2 weeks tho

So far great experience, but the fact that I can't edit one of my reviews is absurd. So it's potentially causing disinformation when people are trying to read reviews for guidance on sizes.

The product was great. However it seems that based on the style you have to order one Size up

The boots themselves are very cute. I'd hoped the wide heel wedge and the more squared toe area would be less uncomfortable than other heeled boots but no such luck. The box it came in was damaged but luckily the boots seemed unharmed. Overall the price was right for what I received.

I love the shoes and perks that are offered to me. I will be extra happy if when my shoes are on sale, I still have a portion of the $39.99 left after purchasing the shoes. However, the entire price is abstracted, therefore I am not enjoying the sales. I would like to see a better shoe selection. Otherwise I am very happy.

I love every pair of shoes and article of clothing I've purchased. They are very trendy and fair prices. Customer Service is outstanding. My only criticism is their shipping partner Pitney Bowes sucks. They take literally about 2 weeks for shipment to arrive. I have waited up to 1 month for a package to arrive which was not in back order.

I really enjoyed the styling of the shoes but the sizing seems not consistent. I got Illona Combat Boot
In Bone and Sofia Lace-Up Heeled Oxford in Black Caviar. I got them both in size 6, but only the boots fit properly and the Oxfords were too small/tight. I ended up exchanging the Oxfords. As for the exchange process, there was a glitch on the website and so I had to request a return label through Facebook Messenger. Other than that, the Oxfords fit well now but they have started to crease. As for the boots, they are still good.

I was a bit disappointed in the amount of selection offered this year. I was a member about two years ago and stopped it. I signed up again to purchase clothes and shoes for Fall and Winter for myself and my two grown daughters. Very few blouses, if any, few sweaters, no slacks, and very few offerings with shoes - seems like just boots. - problems as well getting in my and my daughters size 11 shoe

I love these! I got so many compliments when I wore them to a wedding! & pretty comfortable too! I was expecting to be in pain all day but they really were the perfect height of heel to walk around in! I also really liked how the strap was adjustable so I'd be sure that heel strap wouldn't slide off. My only complaint is with shipping, I paid for 2 day shipping and I got them a week later. If it weren't for my friend whose flight was a few days after mine, I wouldn't have had them on time for the event.

I got a promo code from a friend; I wouldn't have tried JF without it. The items in my package were pretty alright, for the most part. There were a few a really liked and some I knew I would never use. I suppose that's how it goes with these subscription boxes. My problem with JF is that it is more expensive than others and doesn't offer more personalization.

Love the shoes, the styles of the clothing ect. Only thing I wish they would work on is their sizes, I wear a size 8-8.5 I have bought pairs in exactly my size and they feel like a size 5/6 they need to come up with more average size wide width. Otherwise I love everything that Just Fab has.

I've been loving these shoes! The colors are fun, and they're surprisingly good quality. My only two hang ups are that the bottoms are soft and slippery, so I just bought those non-skid shoe bottom sticker things, which has worked great. Also, the sizing is inconsistent. My first haul, I bout in my size 7.5 and they all fit. My second haul, the 7.5s were too big, so this time I ordered 7s and they are too small. So far exchanges have been fine, but they take a little while. Overall I'm enjoying it.

Firstly, let me say I am very pleased with my purchases.
Secondly, pre - covid there was a wider range of items available to choose from. This is no longer the case.
Finally, the prices have increased drastically.
So there are limited choices at increased values. As such, my purchases would be limited to items on sales only. In this regard I am truly disappointed.

It's a high or miss when ordering shoes, I think they combine the two together shoe dazzle has much more variety of newer styles
